The first three are Google’s own figures for Roofkeeper, read on 24 September 2026; the share is of every rating Google has counted, not of the review texts on this page. The median is ours — the middle figure among the British Columbia roofers we list with enough ratings to compare.

Too few ratings to compare against other roofers — at 6 ratings a single unhappy customer moves this figure by several points.
The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Roofkeeper. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.
Other reviews we hold
5 more of the 5 reviews we hold text for, most recent first. We do not hold every review Google has.

They did an amazing job. They did a complete replacement of our flat roof on our house in Squamish. They were on time, professional with attebtion to detail. I'd recommend them again.

A very last minute call out for assistance today on our home. Jacob was super friendly, professional and careful on our property. We will look into Roofkeeper doing other services on our home in the future. Thank you for your work today.

We recently hired him for a vent installation through the roof and were very happy with the work. The installation was done properly and cleanly, and he also provided us with a detailed report including pictures, which we really appreciated!

Jakub did an outstanding job cleaning and repairing my roof and gutters, as well as cleaning my large glass awning. He was professional, punctual, and communicated clearly throughout the process. His quote was also more competitive than the other three companies I contacted. After the work was completed, he provided a detailed before-and-after report on the roof’s condition, which gave me real peace of mind and confidence that the work extended the life of my roof. I highly recommend Jakub for any roofing or exterior maintenance needs.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 6 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 6, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Roofkeeper. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
