I called this company twice about my roof . The fellow told me twice he would call my husband to come by and have a look . Twice he apologized and said time got away from him . Didn’t hear another word from him !! So unprofessional ! I have lived in Dunbar for 35 years - very disappointed with this local company

Tom responded quickly to my quote request to clarify information and referred me to the right company more suitable to my needs. Honest and professional.

Excellent experience. Quote was very accurate. Tom (Project Manager) was very effieicent, friendly and communicative. The workers always arrived on time, were very pleasant and hard working. The job was completed within the estimated time frame. The job site was always left clean and tidy at the end of the day. We were extremely pleased with Regan Roofing and would most highly recommend them.

I have never post a review of a company I have not used their service, but I am already impressed with them. I emailed Regan yesterday regarding my desire to have my clay tile roof repaired or replaced as some of the clay tiles are broken. …

This is the third house that we've had re-roofed by Regan Roofing. If we live long enough to have another house that needs a roof done, it will be by Regan Roofing. This company should give lessons. They were fitted out with impressive safety gear -- climbing harnesses and good boots. They started with an emergency visit before Christmas, sealing up a leak with a temporary tarp, and then they came back as soon as the snow cleared and did the job start to finish. They did a complete job, scaling off the rotten tiles, catching them on tarps and stowing them in a bin. Then a layer of plywood, a layer of black waterproofing paper and the top layer of asphalt tiles. The crew was headed up by the owner, son of the founder who did our first roof. They were cheerful and friendly and worked long, hard and carefully every day until the job was done. The didn't quit until sunset and then did a meticulous clean-up in the dark! Hard work, well done! Thanks, guys!

Regan Roofing was recommended to us by our neighbour, who'd used them a few years ago for roof repairs and were very impressed. I asked them to come for a roof inspection and was similarly impressed! Very professional and helpful.

Regan Roofing was recommended to us by a neighbour, himself a respected figure in the construction business. I genuinely could not have been more delighted with our choice: Tyler was incredibly helpful, informative and responsive during the pre-installation phase, and he and his crew worked with an efficiency and dedication that got the entire project completed on budget and ahead of time. What's more, they were a real pleasure to be around whilst on site, and they accommodated a number of 'bespoke' requests such as a difficult custom blind installation with excellent results and zero hassle. Above all, we appreciated their almost forensic attention to tidiness: we genuinely wouldn't have known they'd been on site each day had we not seen them hard at work, such was the meticulousness of the clean-up operation each evening. Thank you so much Tyler, Richie and Gord; we really appreciated your hard work!

Regan Roofing did a first class job on our roof. Tyler and his men worked flat out on our roof for three days. They cleaned up after each day's work, were very considerate of our needs. They were great to have around and caused no damage …

I was delighted with Regan Roofing's work and responsiveness in assisting with a recent repair. The company replaced our roof in 2001 and it has been problem free until a minor leak this year. We received a quote and I followed up with Tyler on a Friday to schedule the work as heavy rains were expected. He contacted me the next day and came by on Saturday afternoon to repair the leak. Great service.

Full disclosure, Tyler and Matt of Regan Roofing are acquaintances from high school. That being said, I would not have written this review if I was dissatisfied with their work. …
