  The quote from Roofing USA for our roof replacement was $17,706. The final invoice came to $21,828, 20% or $4,122 more than the quote. If you want to hire a contractor like Roofing USA whose quote bears little resemblance to the final invoice, be my guest.

  . Run don’t walk away from these scammers. Had roof installed in May, A couple of months later we noticed water bubbling under some paint. Everything was great at the beginning. The roof looks great. The installation went smooth and the installers were amazing. . Unfortunately we noticed some water infiltration in a wall after the install. I tried contacting my sales rep for a couple days with no results. Then tried the project manager, Tanner , again no response. Finally got ahold of someone at office who informed me I was screwed . He said the installation warranty is voided because of tropical storm Debby. I attempted to explain this is not a warranty issue but an installation issue and have some photos to prove it. He then told me they no longer do residential installation and are commercial only and said I should a claim with my homeowner insurance. They claim to be veteran owned company, sad that they would treat other veterans and customers in general this . Stay far away from these scammers. They don’t stand behind there work

  I had Ethan check out my roof after a hailstorm to see if insurance would cover the cost of a new roof for me. He found damage on my roof and helped me file a claim. Super easy and stress free!

  Roofing USA services the Pooler area. Very pleased with the whole process. Estimate was competitively priced and they use high quality GAF products. Most importantly they show up on time. Keep you informed of the whole process without delays. The day of the job the crew leader starts with what to expect, keeps you informed via text message and when they are finished they clean up leaving nothing behind. They guarantee their work.   Tanner was very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done. When the crew arrived they started work immediately and worked until the job was finished. Our experience was very positive.

  Roofing USA did a great job on my roof. They replaced the shingles in one day. A small lead developed a few days later around in my exhaust fan. I called the installer and it was corrected the next day. I highly recommend Roofing USA for your roofing needs.

  Shout out to Bart - they were respectable, always reachable, and knowledgeable. He was very patient with me and my fiancee. Highly detailed oriented and walked us through on starting the appropriate claims process. Shout out to Tanner - also very patient with us while we I had to work with my insurance to get my claim processed. Tanner answered my million dumb questions with patience and promptness. Shout out to Viktor and his team - they powered through my roof installation, quickly and cleanly. They provided me with updates, and pictures. They were very professional and worked hard. We are happy that we were able to get our roof serviced by a full team of dedicated, professionals. We are happy with the experience and wholeheartedly recommend you to give them a call for any roof service.

  I was very happy with the the end results of my roof and how quickly your company did the job. Your sales rep, Bart, assisted me in getting my insurance company involved in the process of replacing my roof. I did have difficulty with communication with Tanner at times. I would ask for things and did not receive or no call backs at times. He did repond better to texting. It also took a long time for your company to get back to the insurance company with certificate of completion and pictures of the job to be able to finalize the last check distribution. But all in all, I am pleased with the job and glad to have it done.
