  They sold me some windows for my house and said it would be done and installed in 6 weeks and it’s been way way over the 6 weeks. I have tried to call and email them several times the will not return my phone calls or emails. It makes me feel like they scammed me out of my info and money and ran. Would never recommend this company.

There were some delays in getting the projects started because Pups was accommodating your changes in shingle color and your changes in the type of siding you wanted installed. Our priority from the very beginning was your satisfaction. These changes were approved and took additional time to order the materials and schedule the install. In the end, Pups completed the scope of work that you hired us to do. The added cost of the project is explained by the scope of work changes you requested after the initial estimate was signed. Throughout this entire process Pups was communicating with you and keeping you informed of the progress to include the upper management. The job is completed in full and we thank you for your business. Again we are sorry you did not have a great experience. If there is anything else we can do, please contact us.

Please take comfort in that Pups is the type of company who does not abandon their customers or not return phone calls. We stand by our pledge to our customers.

  This was a unique experience. These guys took control of the project, they have virtual updating and it was crazy. Pictures all day on how the project was going ( I was at work) and a walk through with manager at the end. I’d leave 6 stars but I’m usually a 4 star reviewer!

  No homeowner wants to discover water dripping from their dining room ceiling! In a panic, I got on-line and looked up roof repairs and made some phone calls to set up appointments to have some roofing companies come to the house, inspect the roof and attic, and provide estimates. Trevan from Roof Hounds (Formerly known as Roof Pups), and his partner came to the house. They inspected the roof and the attic. The news wasn't good. I needed a new roof and new rain gutters. There was also a strong possibility that some of the roof's decking would also need to be replaced. Also the roof to my carport and patio was in serious disrepair, but I had opted to not worry about the carport until later. The two gentlemen were extremely thorough in going over the damage they discovered. They showed photos of my attic and roof, explained the reasons for why the roof had failed in the first place (inadequate ventilation), and then went over what it would involve to have the roof repaired. They explained the materials which would be used, and then went over the costs involved, along with financing options. I explained that I wanted to gather some additional estimates and compare them. I did not wish to make a hasty decision; not when it comes to this kind of major expense. The gentlemen were very understanding. At no point was I made to feel pressured. Over the course of the next two days, I had two other roofing companies come out and provide estimates. One company didn't even bother to check the attic for any damage. When I asked about that, he nonchalantly said, "Nah, I walked across your roof, it seems sturdy enough." The same gentleman didn't mention anything about insufficient ventilation. When I mentioned ventilation, he said, "Oh yeah.. I had forgotten to check that.." This guy couldn't even provide an estimate that same day. I thanked him for his time, and was thinking to myself, "Nope! Next, please!" An estimator from another company came out, and while his

  Roofing pups did a great job with removing my old roof and replacing it and having R & R solar removing our solar panels quickly and efficiently and scheduling to have them installed back on before they left both got done in one day
