Horrific customer service. Called to report unsafe driving from a work vehicle and asked to speak to the manager, and was quickly accused of being the one to speed even though we passed a cop and my speed did not change and they slammed on their breaks. They drove in the middle of 2 lanes and almost hit my car with my child in it numerous times. Do better. I’d never trust or hire this company in a million years, especially when that’s how you handle a customer service phone call. Not to mention, they continued to try to call me after I said I’d be leaving a review. Scary people.

I called asking for a quote on some vinyl siding repair. Mike said he could come out that Saturday morning at 10 to have a look. He never showed, and didn't respond to my text message asking if he forgot.

Asked Mike to do a roof inspection. He came the same day, did a detailed and thorough inspection and identified and documented with photos issues that needed to be addressed. Needed repairs were done within a week for reasonable cost. I would recommend Roofing Experts without reservation.

We were thankful to find Roofing Experts when we needed some repairs for some botched work by another company. He was very thorough in explaining the issues. We ended up getting him to replace the entire roof and couldn't be happier about that decision. If you want the job done right call Roofing Experts!

We lost a section of facia and soffit when the remains of Hurricane Zeta passed through Travelers Rest. While not major damage, I was concerned that leaving it unrepaired would cause more of the soffit to fall. Mike answered immediately, gave me an estimate based on the photos, and was out that afternoon to do the repairs. Great team, great work that is indistinguishable from the original, and very responsive. Roofing Experts are now my 1st call for roofing issues! Highly recommended.

I was amazed with the speed and professionalism of these guys. Less than 2 days passed from getting the quote to completion of the job. Will definitely consider them for future roofing work.

Mike and his crew are the best! They are professional, trustworthy, and reliable. I can’t express how impressed my husband and I are with the excellent work they have done on our roof, gutters, and a stone chimney that needed repair. When they tell you they will be there, they are, very dependable! These should be your “go to” team for any and all roofing, gutter, and home needs. You will not find a better group of people to complete your work!!!
