Dave the owner showed up and gave me a quote and had my roof leak fixed the next day. They were a little more expensive than the other guys but he knew what was going on with my roof, showed me pictures of recent repairs they completed …

Thank you so much for the trust — that means a lot! Dave always makes it a priority to personally inspect roofs in Lehigh Acres himself rather than sending an estimator who doesn't have the full picture, which is why he could show you real photos of similar roof leak repairs and explain exactly what was going on with yours. We know price matters, but we'd rather earn your business with an accurate diagnosis and a repair done right the first time than win on price alone. So glad we could get your roof leak fixed quickly, and we really appreciate you giving us the chance to prove it!

Is your tile or shingle roof leaking near a valley or vent? Roof valleys — where two roof slopes meet — and roof vents are two of the most common leak points on Lehigh Acres, FL homes. Valleys channel a huge volume of water during Southwest Florida's downpours, and if the valley metal or shingles have shifted, cracked, or worn thin, water can slip underneath instead of running off. Nearby vents add another risk point, since heat and sun exposure break down their seals and flashing over time. At ROOFER LLC, we diagnose and repair roof valley and vent leaks on shingle roofs throughout Naples and Lee County. We inspect the valley flashing, underlayment, shingle overlap, and every roof vent, then repair problem areas with durable, UV-resistant materials built for Florida's heat and storms. Signs of a valley or vent leak: Water stains on ceilings or walls after heavy rain Cracked, rusted, or exposed valley metal Granule loss or worn shingles along the valley Cracked seals or lifted shingles around a vent Left unaddressed, these leaks can cause rotted decking, mold, and water damage. Most valley and vent repairs are completed same-day, at a fraction of the cost of a full roof replacement. Our licensed, insured crew has years of experience repairing shingle roof leaks across Southwest Florida and backs every repair with a workmanship warranty.
