I called and the operator was not at all professional. This person is the face of the company when you are calling for a new roof. I chose not to use this company and went with a professional competitor. Colonial has been here for many years, but I think based on other reviews they are coasting on their previous great reputation. Maybe they have new management in place. I feel a coaching session is in order if this is the case.

This company was recommended to us by a Fiber Tite (Seaman Corp Product) rep. It has been nearly 2 months and they have not finished the job. The excuses are endless. I was told even this week, they would be here and of course everyday …

We got our tile roof replaced after Ian tore half of it off. We're near Fort Myers Beach so finding available roofers was a mess for a while. Colonial gave us a realistic wait time and actually stuck to it. The new roof held up through last year's storms with zero issues.

We have used Colonial Roofing for two different Lee County properties. David and his team carry out their duties as you would hope to receive from a licensed tradesman; timely follow-up to request, provided estimates and industry competitive quotes adequately capture the needed work, flawless work and the assigned roofer consistently maintain cleanliness of the job site. Job well done!

Colonial set us up with a maintenance plan after we kept getting small leaks every rainy season. They come out twice a year now, clear debris, check the valleys and seams. Haven't had a single leak since we started. Should've done this years ago instead of paying for reactive repairs.

Great choice getting roof maintenance on your Southwest Florida property before rainy season, Isabelle! We're happy to service your investment.

Colonial handled our condo's roof replacement last spring. 32 units, tile roof, and they finished ahead of schedule. The crew worked around residents without blocking driveways for days on end like our last roofer did. Jim kept our board updated weekly without us having to chase him down.

I want to thank the Colonial Roofing Team. Kevin, Tim, Brian and the rest for an amazing job. Colonial Roofing installed our tile roof on our house when it was built back in 1993. After our tile roof was destroyed in Hurricane Ian I knew exactly who to call. Now thanks to everyone at Colonial Roofing we have a new, beautiful metal roof. Throughout the procedure I had impeccable communication with them any time I needed. If I had a question they were quick to answer. If I thought there was a small problem they immediately resolved the situation!! Thank you again and YES I do and have referred others to Colonial Roofing!!!
