  We take any accusation involving our company vehicles very seriously, especially one of this nature. However, after thoroughly reviewing our records, we have found no evidence that supports this claim. We have no record of receiving the calls mentioned, and the driver of the vehicle in question has denied any involvement in an incident of this kind. To date, we have not been contacted by any law enforcement agency or provided with any photographic evidence of damage. We encourage the reviewer to follow the appropriate legal channels if they believe an incident occurred, as we are fully cooperative with law enforcement and our insurance provider in any legitimate investigation. This review does not reflect any actual customer experience with our company or the quality of the work we provide.   Unsolicited calling with the pretense that I've done business with them and conveniently have inspectors in my area. Never called these people or done business in the past. Number shows as spam when calling so should figured but same outfit. Phone numbers match up.

  DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! We hired universal to replace our roof on our 8 unit condo building. They were the worst! A job that was supposed to take 3 weeks took over 3 months! Upon completion we had several issues that needed to be dealt with and they pretty much did nothing to remedy the issues. Now a year later there are leaks and the soffits were improperly installed and they have not responded to any calls! We are highly disappointed and will be pursuing legal action against them. After looking at all of these positive reviews I am convinced that these were all posted by company employees or family members. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!

  Universal Contracting and project manager Geoff Wheat did an outstanding job repairing a leak on my 5V metal roof. From start to finish, the communication was excellent, the work was completed quickly, and the quality of the repair was top-notch.   We recently had Universal Contracting handle our re-roof, upgrading from shingles to a beautiful new metal roof, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.   I had an issue with a leak around the vent stack. When I contacted Universal they responded immediately, sent out a repair crew and promptly fixed the problem. I couldn’t say enough good things about the service.
