I had an overall negative experience with this company, so I cannot recommend them. However, the owner did call to apologize and try to make things right, and that speaks volumes. …

We recently received a roof inspection report from Roof Checks before purchasing our home indicating only minor issues. We since learned of major issues they didn't identify. We reached out to Roof Checks, but they only had excuses . This is an unacceptable level of service for a home purchase. For this reason, I still do not recommend this company.

We’ve been recommending Roof Checks to our real estate clients for several years, and they’ve consistently been great to work with. We’ve also had many clients use them for repairs after purchasing their homes, and the feedback has always …

Roofcheckers replaced my old 4'x4' skylight with one that has a built-in light blocking insulated shade that operates by remote control. Solar, so it needs no wiring. It makes a huge difference. We've had some days in the '90s and I don't need air conditioning until after 2:30 p.m. and my air conditioning doesn't have to work as hard to keep my house cool. Serge did a great job and the company is really easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. Roof inspection and subsequent repair. Conscientious and honest. Good people and expert work. Clear photos shared with me to show how areas of my roof looked before service and after. They took the time to explain the visuals--reason for the work, identifying roofs parts and their function. They noticed a few things after work had begun and did not charge extra. Not only that, but extensive cleanup --including nail pickup from pest company that had been there prior. Very happy with Roofchecks. Recommend without question.

Roof Checks provided a thorough assessment of the condition of our roof before we bought our home and pointed out some things that needed immediate repairs. They did the work quickly and documented the work with photographs. Also, Roof Checks charged a reasonable fee. I would definitely recommend Roof Checks for an honest and reasonable assessment of the condition of a roof and for making any needed repairs.

The roof crew was very pleasant and took their time in explaining issues, potential issues and my options. No pressure. The work survived the epic rainy season of 2022-2023. The office crew is efficient and professional. Highly recommend this business.

Fast, accurate new-home-purchase roof inspection. We also hired them to fix both the pitched and flat roofs. Very professional, very responsive, and high quality work - Max and his team did a great job. I'll be using them again if I ever have any roof repair/replacement needs.

My tile roof started leaking last year. They came out and gave me a quote, and a few weeks later came for the repair. Hasn't leaked again yet, even after these last few hard storms. The price was reasonable as well.

With the recent rain, had a roof leak. These guys were recommended, independently, by several valued clients. They did a thorough inspection, with a detailed report and pictures, as well as recommendations for repairs. What was nice was that they did progress pictures so I could track what was done. Guys were done within a day.
