  Calls to the listed number go to voicemail almost immediately nearly every time. Having left a voicemail several times without a call back I decided to give them one last call. Finally Francisco answered. He explained that they were busy and were booking around 5 weeks out. Sounds good to me. A busy business is a healthy business... Or so I thought. I asked to have someone drop by for a quote , exchanged address info, and we ended the call..... Days passed without a call back to actually schedule the quote. I began the process of calling and leaving voicemail's again, and after a few days managed to reach Francisco once more. We agreed that he would arrive onsite Monday April 25th at 2:00 PM PST. I ensured I was home and available , but no one arrived. At 3:10 PM I called to see where they were or if we should reschedule, but as you might have guessed it went to voicemail. I give up. How can you do business with someone who refuses to return calls? Refuses to keep appointments? Refuses to do quotes? My experience with Cisco's Roofing was thoroughly disappointing. Unless you enjoy endless amounts of leaving voicemail's, arranging time off from work, and finally being stood up for the appointment, don't bother calling Francisco.

  Explained everything that would be done and if necessary would take care of wood rot which would raise the total cost. Staff were courteous, prompt, worked hard and fast and did a professional job. Will definitely recommend this company to anyone. Very happy with our new roof!

  I have used Cisco roofing for over 10 years for my primary residence and rentals. They are well priced, do great work, and finish on time. I recommend them without reservation!

  Let's be honest - nobody ever wants to hear that they need a new roof for their house. That being said, I would highly recommend Cisco's Roofing if you find yourself in this situation. At every stage of the process, they were responsive, professional, and communicative. The price was fair, and they were also proactive about adjusting to potential rain in the forecast on the original install date, which I appreciated. I would also add that we have a HOA that is very particular regarding alteration plans and project clean-up. Cisco's was also great to work with in this regard, as they helped me collect the documentation I needed for the HOA and cleaned up everything when the work was done. Overall, I'm very happy with my new roof and happy to write this review. Thanks to Javier, Cisco, and the rest of the guys on the team!

  New GAF roof installed by Cisco’s Roofing. The company was great to work with, professional, flexible, knowledgeable and efficient. They started and completed the job on time and cleaned up every day at the end of their shift. I highly recommend their work.
