Frank (estimator) took time to review all the roof issues and stayed in touch throughout the process. While we needed relatively minor repairs, the roof tile was discontinued so Frank worked tp find as close a match as possible. Carlos (the craftsman) repaired the roof quickly and validated water tightness. I'm pleased with the service Roof Smart provided

Need a leak fixed. When the person showed up he almost immediately told me the roof needed completely replaced, and he could do it for 15k. Got out his samples and brochures. Never got in the attic, never addressed the leak. Perhaps the roof is old at 16 years, but I didn't feel good about how that went.

Our company policy doesn't allow us to repair shingle roofs over a certain age because we can not guarantee the repair. Sorry this was not explained to you more thoroughly. John
