  Marina, The service I provided for you was a roof inspection, which included an assessment as to what roof repairs were needed, along with estimated costs. I did not commit to doing the repairs, and I did not say I would warranty my work. I am sorry if you were lead to believe otherwise. Henry Copier, Roof Rite.

  We had our roof repaired in July 2015 now December 2015 the same spot is leaking again. Called the company and they said they don't guarantee their work. Blows my mind that a company wouldn't come back and fix the job they didn't do a good job the first time. Would never higher them again.

  Roof repairs on flat roofs are a trial and error proposition. We always guarantee our work on full replacements, but we can't guarantee repairs on older roofs, since the water could be coming in from a completely different place and migrating to the leaking area. We are happy to do repairs, but we try to create an understanding with our customers that we may not always fix the problem on the first attempt. Hollie's repair was done in July, which is five months ago. We have have multiple rain and snow storms in that five month period, with no calls from Hollie. So it is not reasonable to assume that this leak is the same leak as the one reported in July. We are sorry that Hollie is upset with us, but we try to be fair and reasonable. Should Hollie choose to have her entire roof replaced by our company, then we can provide a full warranty, because we would be standing behind the work we have control over.   Henry and his team at Roof Rite are top notch. We needed our roof replaced and got four bids from local contractors, including Roof Rite. Not only was Roof Rite's quote the lowest, even after upgrading the shingles, but Henry was the most responsive and happy to answer every question and concern I had. His team tore off our existing shingles and installed the new roof in two days. They also thoroughly cleaned up everything when it was done. We are so happy with our new roof and the warranty that the manufacturer and Roof Rite offer.

  A long time friend, who is VERY “particular”, recommended Henry Copier’s Roof Rite company to replace our roof. Henry responded immediately to our request for a bid, started and completed the job ahead of schedule. Henry’s crew was friendly and very good at cleaning up the site. I highly recommend RoofRite!

  Henry was great to work with. We recieved a quote in less than a day and the roof replacement scheduled and started within 3 days. The new roof looks great and the yard was left super clean. We would recommend working with Henry and his crew.

  We have had Roof Rite to our home a couple times for repairs and maintenance when we first bought our home. More recently, Roof Rite did a full roof replacement with new shingles and decking. The roof looks great and I was impressed with how well the crew cleaned up our yard after a big project. I'm also impressed that every time I call, text or email Henry, he is quick to respond and always has a solution or quote readily available for work that needs to be done. Excellent communication, customer service and job well done. Highly recommend Roof Rite for any roofing needs.
