Exceptional Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for Exceptional Roofing.

I purchased a commercial property in West Valley on March 2018 that was built 4 years ago. Alan Archuletta of Exceptional Roofing constructed the roof. Commercial roofs are generally covered by a 20 to 30 yr warranty. According to the tenants, the roof leaked prior to my purchase but this was not disclosed to me by the seller, nor was it discovered by the inspector that I hired. I met Alan once, we climbed onto the roof, and he made various excuses and agreed to do some minor patchwork. Since then, the roof continues to leak, I have paid for a number of roofing fixes from other roofers, all of whom have concluded that the initial roof was poorly done. I have documented attempts at texts and calls to have Alan. If he does not respond within the next few days, I will take legal action.

I had an excellent experience with this roofing company from start to finish. They took the time to clearly explain all of my options, including the different materials and price points, which really helped me make an informed decision. …

Super easy and chill to work with, roofers were professional and did their job. We had a basic re-roofing job and I was surprised that their bid was 20% lower than other companies. I’m happy with the way they do business and I would use them again.

Not only was Exceptional Roofing my best bid, they absolutely nailed the project. Uel went out of his way to provide me with what I needed to make sure I was getting a product that I wanted. Communication was also stellar. The team showed up when they said they would, communicated through the whole project, and ultimately delivered a quality roof that came out exactly as I had hoped. 100% recommend this company.

Ozzy was incredible the way he helped us. The crew did an absolutely amazing job. They left everything clean and intacked and did what they said they would do. They were also the best bid we had and we had multiple. Thank you.

Did an amazing job with communication and work quality! They did our relative's roof about 15 years ago, and it has had zero issues since, so I would highly recommend this company.

Amazing crew and great customer service they answered all the questions I had, made sure things were done correctly and cleaned up after themselves. I even ran into a problem a few days later and they came back and made sure they fixed it for me. I highly recommend them

Alan and his crew did fabulous work. They tore an old roof off. The new roof is well done. Alan is professional and returns calls promptly. They did three buildings for us and it took only three days. Highly recommend this company.
