  If you are going to operate in different states, you should probably learn what is and isn't allowed. Ignoring No Soliciting signage to drum up business is against Cheyenne laws and on top of that is pretty unprofessonal.

  Everyone here at Roof Right Restoration feels horrible that you feel this way. This is the first negative review that we have ever received, so we take this very seriously. With this said, I feel that we deserve, without sounding to defensive, a chance to share our perspective of this project. I would like to start with the timing of this job. As I tried to explain multiple times during this process that the 2023 hail season was the busiest that I have seen in the 16 years that I have been working in this industry. Any Colorado roofing contractor or supply rep would confirm that with this huge jump in business, supply lines became an issue across the board. Half of the siding that you wanted was a special order directly from the manufacturer, so we were at their mercy on timing, however, as soon as the material was available, my crews were on it. This project started with an insurance claim that went exactly as I told you it would, including the fact that I was able to get all 4 elevation of your siding paid for by the insurance carrier due to your old siding being discontinued. This is not something that happens very often, but does take time to bring to fruition. Once we were done with updating the claim figures through the supplementation process, which also takes time during a busy season, we began ordering material immediately. We absolutely apologize for the issue with the mechanical lien being filed, as it was a direct result of our amount of business tripling from the previous year and since most of our business is claim related, we found ourselves waiting for many final checks to come in. This was in no way due to us choosing to not pay our bills and we have learned a lot about how we can make the necessary changes to avoid this type of thing in the future.   Wish there sale guts could read any of the 8 signs over the 1 mile private road they drive down to stay off my property. I don't do business with people who can't obey signs.

  Jaime guides a steady ship with this organization. I found Roof Right Restoration to be thorough, responsible, caring, and competent. They left no stone unturned to make sure we were completely taken care of. The roofing crew, lead by Nacho, kept up with the trash and nails, fixed all framing issues that were discovered, and installed a beautiful roof. They showed up early and left late until the job was done. All the crews that were involved with the project were friendly and considerate, and did competent work. The roofing industry has quite a tainted reputation, and these guys broke the mold. I would recommend them to anyone.

  Roof Right Restoration was recommended by a realtor friend who not only referred others to this company but was a customer as well. This was after I hired a "contractor" who was not a dedicated roofer tackle the job and then not do it right... twice!!! I should have just gone straight Roof Right Restoration. I met with Josh & Jaime and was immediately set at ease. They explained the process they do and the high quality materials they use. On the day work was to start the crew arrived promptly. They came with their own truck to haul out all trash & debris. They laid out tarp to catch any errand debris. And at the end of the day, the crew thoroughly cleaned my driveway. The crew was very professional. Now I have peace of mind regardless of how hard it rains. Thank you Jaime, Nacho, Paulo and Ricardo. You guys did an excellent job. I highly recommend you to folks with roof issues.

  My experience with Josh and the others there was nothing but amazing. They were extremely quick, honest, and upfront with service. I needed gutters replaced and they were very fairly priced, and quick to get the work going. Everything looks amazing on the house and shed. They offer plenty of other services that I'll definitely be using in the future. I highly recommend them!

  I GIVE THEM AN 80%. They did not use ALL of the materials I specified. They did use the the most important ones, but not the correct drip lips or the the "W" open valley flashing. They had to come back to get the rain gutters to drain properly. They were going to come back (not as part of the original plan) to vent the garage properly. they agreed to a price, but never returned. Overall, they ere OK, just not great. Most roofers are much worse. As an engineer, I am very 'picky' about my designs and builds. So, an 8 out of 10 is good, just not what I was promised.

I spoke with Jaime and he had mentioned the soffit vents that you asked us to install after the job was complete. You had sent him a text the day after the recent hail fell telling him that there was no rush and we can get that part going after we slow down a bit, however, we are still in the busiest part of the season and Jaime is one of the owners of the company and has been slammed since your text.   Roof Right restoration completed two roofings jobs for me. One house and barn in Parker was done in September of 2023 because of severe hail damage. The 2nd house was done in June 2024 due to 4 layers of shingles being on top of a 100 plus year old house. I could not get homeowners insurance because of the roofs condition. I chose them to replace the roof on the 2nd house because of the great job they did on replacing the roof on the house and barn in 2023. Also because of the clean up job they did on the 1st house. The 2nd house is located in Hugo some 70 miles southeast of Elizabeth. Josh drove to Hugo looked at the house and give me a bid on the cost. They stripped the 4 layers of shingles off the house in about 7 hours. Then they put down new decking because the existing decking had to many gaps between the boards. Josh is the one that recommended the new decking so the roof would have a better foundation. They completed the job within 2 days. Again the cleanup they did was great. Everyone helped with the cleanup. I had time to get acquainted with the crew and they really are a great team. Josh, Jaime, Nacho, and the rest of the crew were polite, professional, and everyone on the job worked well together. I highly recommend Roof Right Restorations. They came out early in the morning to get started and worked late into the days until the job was finished. Thank you Roof Right Restoration for making my roofs look great.
