  I had high hopes for Revivers since they came reccommended from some local businesses, but their follow-up is non-existent. After an initial inspection by Gene, I was told he would be back with the boss for a second look. That never happened. I have called Gene and left messages with the office to schedule a follow-up, yet I haven’t received a single return call or email. It’s been over a month of radio silence. Very unprofessional and clearly shows a lack of respect for the customer’s time. Moving on to a company who actually wants my business. Beyond disappointing.

  Please pay attention and check what is done. I reached out for a repair, and Andrew came to give me a quote for our lake house. He sent me the quote and pictures to show my husband (I will include the text messages and his original picture and the picture I took after the SECOND time they came to “fix the repair”). After agreeing to the quote, they came out to fix our roof after getting pushed back a few times. I then received a text, the work was done. I had a weird feeling, so I drove to the house to check in the attic, and they DID NOT do the repair at all. I reached back out to him (messages in pictures) and then they came to correct the job. I thought certainly it would be done correctly this time after blatantly not doing it the first time. When up there a week ago I noticed it didn’t seem fixed. I got in the attic AGAIN, and they only replaced part of the rotted decking ( you can see his picture in our text thread of the same spot I just took a picture of that was not repaired.) I then called to speak to Doug, and was told he would call me back. I never heard from him, since I have called the office multiple times, left messages & emails with no response. I don’t like to speak negative about companies, I know mistakes happen, and I fully thought when I was told the work was done the first time and it was not, it was a mistake. However, with everything that has occurred, I don’t want someone else to be taken advantage of. Please just be cautious and fully inspect the work before paying if you use this company.

  Andrew and Heather were phenomenal! Andrew worked with us during a time where we had some storm damage along with some wear on the roof. He helped us with the Insurance Claim and explained to us what everything meant and how it worked. They completed the job really fast with an entire replacement. We now have a roof we can trust and they will last a long time with the warranty. These guys are great !!

  This company was awesome to work with. It took a little bit to get tje job started, but rain was an issue so I completely understood. Andrew was wonderful the entire time, keeping me updated. The workers showed up early and quickly got the job done. I highly recommend this company and their services!
