Drivers of this company are unprofessional and not safe drivers in their company truck. Tail gating the entire way down a one way with snow and ice on the ground (where are you going to go?) and cutting cars off to get in front of them. If you're in such a rush- leave earlier. Not a good way to represent your company.

Hi Veronica, thank you for raising awareness to this matter, safety is a everything to us. We’ve got a few new drivers out there at the moment and this kind of report helps us train them properly. … More

I was in need of a full roof installation fast and they delivered. The crew was polite hard working and very conscientious of keeping their work areas clean.

As a high-end residential builder, I hold my subcontractors to an exceptionally high-standard, and RoofOps exceeded my expectations on a challenging double-locked standing seam roof in 24 gauge bonderized steel. The roof had complicated detailing around dormers, pipe penetrations, and chimneys — all executed beautifully with properly hemmed and folded seams, thoughtful transitions, zero exposed fasteners, and regard for expansion and contraction of the panels. They also worked with me to procure soldered pipe boots and were receptive to incorporating a vapor-permeable underlayment and ventilation mat — no pushback, just teamwork. The end result is beautiful and watertight. David was professional on the sales side, Jeremiah brought hard-earned knowledge of metal roofing craftsmanship, and Matthew's on-site workmanship was impressive. Always reachable by phone, kind, polite, professional, and of high integrity. True team players who worked with me toward a common goal. A pleasure to have them on my team and looking forward to many more roofs together. -Derrick Whitby

After the wind storm in January I had 3 companies come out to evaluate and give estimate for new roof - ended up going with Roof Ops. Was very happy with Josh and his team. They were professional and easy to work with. Finished the job in one day. Roof looks great and they did an awesome job of making sure everything was cleaned up well. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their roof replaced.

I can’t say enough good things about Josh and his roofing crew. From start to finish, they went the extra mile and truly delivered on every promise they made. Even when the weather tried to throw obstacles in their way, they stayed committed, adjusted their schedule, and made sure the job was done right. Their professionalism, communication, and work ethic were outstanding. They kept the site clean, treated my home with respect, and maintained a positive attitude throughout the entire process. The final result looks fantastic, and I feel confident knowing the job was handled by people who genuinely care about their work.

Definitely recommend and would use again. Have a very complicated roof that required major engineering. David helped me select a good looking product and closely monitored the project, helping it move along well.
