rude and a huge waste of time, would try a real company if you need professionalism.

We are fortunate to be selective about the projects and clients we take on, particularly when we feel a respectful and professional working relationship may not be possible. We wish you the best in finding a contractor who is a better fit.

I reached out to Montana Roofing Solutions after discovering a bathroom leak, and they were able to come out quickly and identify a cracked skylight dome. Since my roof needed to be redone, the plan was to remove both skylights during the …

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We’re sorry the skylight removals were missed during the initial tear-off. That was our mistake, and we understand why seeing them still in place—especially the cracked skylight—was frustrating and concerning. Our team returned early the following morning to complete the work, and we sent a team member back for a final inspection and photographs. This review was posted the evening that inspection was completed, before we had the opportunity to call with the results. We contacted you the following day, provided photos, and confirmed that both areas were properly integrated into the new roofing system—not simply covered with a patch. The completed roof was inspected closely, and the quality of the installation is excellent. Your roof is also protected by a 50-year material warranty and our 25-year Golden Pledge workmanship warranty. The review and invoice emails you received were automatically generated and were not intended to replace our personal follow-up. While we’re proud of the finished roof, we recognize that our communication and the timing of the skylight removal created unnecessary uncertainty. We apologize for that portion of your experience and remain available if you have any additional questions or would like us to walk through the completed work with you.

Still have problems with roofing lining up with gutters. Owner said he would send Kyler out again to address problems. No response yet!

  Reply from the business

Peggy, thank you for sharing your concerns. We truly value our clients and always aim to provide exceptional service. From the beginning, we went above and beyond to help you. When you contacted us about a failing roof, we discovered the shingles were defective and assisted you through the claims process with CertainTeed. That effort saved you tens of thousands of dollars, even though it did not benefit our company in any way. Regarding your gutters, this issue is unrelated to the new roof we installed. Kyler visited promptly after your first call, thoroughly cleaned the gutters as a courtesy, and even ran water tests in an effort to help diagnose the problem. When you called again, I let Kyler know and he planned to stop by to see if he could assist further. Before he had the chance to return, we noticed the two-star review. While we understand frustrations can arise, the gutter issue does not stem from our work, and we have done everything we reasonably could to assist you and would have continued to help because that is who we are. At this point with your review, you may need to contact a company that specializes in gutter systems to help resolve the issue. We wish you the very best moving forward.

Montana Roofing Solutions is excellent! They came by a few years ago for a free inspection and let me know I could wait (when others wanted to sell me a roof right then). They also thought we needed extra work, but the day of they realized we didn't and refunded the extra money. They prepared us for the day, came in the morning when they said they would and were done by dinner time. They cleaned up well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Montana Roofing Solutions did a nice job on several roofs for me. They worked hard, cared about the finish product, and cleaned up after themselves. I recommend them any chance I get and will continue using them moving forward.
