  Run away from this company they hire unexperienced subcontractors for my roof Really bad service and quality, they are not answering my calls anymore and now i have subcontractors calling me because they didn't pay then after I completed pay then in full ,just a horrible experience.. and I have proof of it!!!

  I called them for a flat roof replacement. They came out looked at job said no problem they do this kinda of work. Have gotten 1 call saying they would be back to do a core sample. That's been 3 weeka ago. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

  I reached out for a quote and pricing. They came out for an estimate on August 18th and I was told I would receive an estimate. After multiple attempts to follow up directly with Corey and the office staff I have been told several times I’ll receive a call back but then that Corey has to handle the estimate and he is out of the office on vacation but would be back August 31st. Multiple attempts since August 31st were made requesting a quote and I have received nothing but undelivered promises and no response from Corey. Do I just give up? My father passed away in July and I have been trying to help my mom with aspects that need to be done such as this and put a fair amount of time and energy into contacting you since I was told I’d receive a quote but still have not.

  Hey Amanda, this is Corey. I apologize that you have not received your bid for moss removal yet. We are inundated more than we would like to be with the two massive hailstorms that we have had in the valley. It is still in the section for the estimate to be made. I am sorry for the delay.   After working with Nathan, Emmett and the Artisan team, I wanted to take a moment to appreciate their work. I only ask that those who do work on my house CARE. Nothing else. If you care about your quality of work, have good communication and warranty your work - I will work with you. This is why I wanted to share my experience working with this company - they met (and exceeded) those basic expectations. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a roofer they can trust.

  A great experience on a recent repair to our 25-year old steel roof. Inspection and bid were done promptly. Bid was complete and competitive. Houston was great to work with: communicative, competent and confident in the task. He worked hard to get the job done on time. Finished work looks great.

  I can't say enough about Artisan Roofing! Our roof was severely damaged from the crazy wind storm in December 2025. We lost a large amount of shingles and several more were torn but still attached to the roof. I first started talking with Nathan. He and one of his employees came by the house to give us a quote. They took their time making sure they had all the photos they needed and answers from us. They stayed for almost 45 minutes explaining what needed to be replaced and why and how. I was given options for shingles as far as brand, quality and color. I gave my insurance information to Nathan and he had his guys start communicating with the adjuster. They settled with an agreement that fit everyone's budget. Within two weeks, the crew arrived and immediately began demoing the roof. By the end of the day, my beautiful new roof was completely installed and my property looked as if no one had been there! Nathan came out the next morning to ensure all the nails and small bits of trash were cleaned up. I did not pay a cent more than my deductible for a complete job well done! The crew was phenomenal. So hard working and very polite! Nathan and JD were extremely communicative and answered any questions I would come up with. They both were very knowledgeable and professional but just down right, good men! We are so grateful to Artisan Roofing crew, Nathan and JD for installing a beautiful, efficient product on our home!

  I'm impressed with a repair job that Houston did and his finding not totally matching shingles but close enough that one can not easily tell a repair was made. Artisan Roofing is so easy to work with. Hopefully my roof will remain intact for a few more years. If not, I'll definitely will call Artisan.

  Our experience with the people at Artisan Roofing was virtually perfect. We had a minor leak through our roof that had existed since we purchased our spec home in 2020, and only occurred during the winter snow season. Artisan sent out a team to analyze the problem, offer a solution and proposal - the analysis included the executives of the company. The proposal was extremely detailed with photos and graphics that helped us to understand the entire project. They also met their start date, and completion windows for a two phase project. Again, there we pictures of the before and after, with detailed descriptions. I recommend them 100%.

Their crew coordinated all subcontractors, maintained an exceptionally clean and organized job site, and handled every detail professionally.
