These guys quoted me at $27000 for a 1300 sq ft house back in 2024. That quote still haunts me till this day LOL. I ended up Getting it done for $15k with someone else. They seem to be cool guys but I think they overpriced the quote …

We pay our roofing crews well and that shows in the quality of every roof replacement we complete, plus we hold Malarkey Certified Premium and Owens Corning Platinum Preferred contractor status so the materials and workmanship are backed at the legit highest level. We also carry workers compensation and general liability to protect homeowners, which is not something every contractor offers. Pricing can vary a lot between contractors depending on the roofing materials used and the scope of the job. Our goal has never been to be the cheapest roofer in town. Our goal is to be the best roofing company in Bakersfield and give the most value to every customer we work with.

I highly recommend Roof On Brand! They did a professional job replacing my roof from start to finish. The team was very communicative throughout the entire process and kept me updated every step of the way, which made everything stress-free. I did have to wait about four months for my project, but I’m really glad I was patient because it was absolutely worth it. You can not go wrong with these guys! They did two properties for us, and BOTH look amazing. Juan came out to give us an estimate and in conversation with him, we knew it was the right fit. We had spoken to several companies prior and my husband's exact words were, "We're going with that guy, whatever the price. He was cool." Juan's professionalism and positive attitude towards this work is apparent, and that was after only meeting with him for the first time. He was respectful, communicative, and happy to answer questions throughout the process. From his patience with us in picking the right brand and color for the houses to his dedication in ensuring the work was coming along in a timely manner. He talked us through the steps, which was comforting because repairs and maintence of this extent are stressful. He gave attention to detail and provided us with suggestions when we described what we wanted for future house plans. The crew was always on time and left the area clean at the end of each day. No doubt in our minds we made the right choice and if we ever need work done on future properties, this is who we are sticking with. Thank you Roof on Brand, Mr. Roofster and the crew!

Thank you so much for trusting us with not one but two properties. That means the world to us! We are so glad Juan could make the whole roof replacement process feel comfortable and stress free from picking the right materials all the way through to the finished product. We will absolutely pass this along to Juan and the crew and we look forward to being your go to roofing team for any future properties!
