Called nearly a month ago and setup an appointment. Project manager came out a few days later and said he would return the next morning around 8 am to take measurements and get info. He was going to call an A/C person to also meet with us as I discussed getting Roofing, Solar, and New Air Conditioners. He NEVER showed up the next day….. NEVER called… I called the office which gave me an excuse and they’d leave a message and he’d call back next day. It’s been WEEKS and NOTHING! I’ve emailed and NEVER received a response! VERY Strange one - I have no clue why a highly recommended company who was quick to send someone out would do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR WEEKS????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

BSW did a great job of inspecting the roof and explaining what needed to be done and why it needed to be done. Luis monitored the progress and the quality of work of the crew sent out to make the repairs. Luis then made sure we were satisfied with the results. The solar panel cleaning company that services our panels were really impressed with the quality of the roofing repairs that BSW made.

I would like to thank Travis for all of his help in planning and organizing the installation of my new roof. The installation went seamlessly and the workmanship was excellent. The journeyman roofer Juan was meticulous and thorough. He made sure everything was picked up after each day of the installation. BSW is the first contractor that I have worked with that everything that was promised they carried through with. Thanks again for your hard work.

My roof is beautiful. Luis and the crew were very professional and courteous. Luis explained the different types of roof and kept me informed. The crew cleaned up each day. I will definitely recommend this company and Luis.

When some of the shingles came off in that big December storm, we knew we better get BSW out. The roof was last replaced in 1991, so it was time. Luis, the project manager, was always quick to respond to our communications. I always received a same day response from either Luis or Adan. The whole team that replaced our roof were professional and cleaned up every day. The house is very old and there were issues. Every one of them were handled by BSW with expedience and skill. Junior and his dad were there everyday on our roof. Junior would explain everyday what they were going to do and would let us know when they were leaving for the day. Which was greatly appreciated. Juan and his helper did a bang up job on a very, very old broken vent pipe below the bathroom floor. Thank you, Juan! The roof is so beautiful with a little extra architectural flare on the ridge caps by Junior and his dad. The only drawback about the whole experience is that the roof looks so good, now we are going to have to paint the house. We will definitely juse BSW again in the future. Thank you, team BSW!

BSW crew was great. They were careful to not damage any of the landscapering and cleaned up after themselves every day. They also stayed to Luis's estimate for the job.

I am very happy with the roof repair service Luis Cervantes and the BSW team provided. They responded quickly to my request for a roof evaluation/repair and provided photo’s of the evaluation results. Luis ensured I was kept up to date on the work scheduling and the team arrived as scheduled. Everyone on the team was friendly and professional. Great team to work with!

I had a new roof installed recently by BSW. I was quite picky and researched in what I wanted. And they worked with me to accommodate that. I actually ended up going with different materials than I originally thought I would. Due to Luis thoroughly explaining the options to me and letting me choose. Everything was done very professionally. It was a full team of guys. And I got the highest grade of roof possible with Presidential brand materials. For about the same cost as a mid-level typical roof installation would. I made the right choice. This is a great company to work with.
