Our experience with Roof Maxx was perfect in every way. Inquiring about the product let to an easy service call and our roof was professionally evaluated, photographed, and inspected. Pricing was given and we were told what to expect when going forward with the work, which we elected to do. Setting the appointment for the following week was easy, and our roof was cleaned, the flashing around the chimney resealed and the product applied all within one day. Our roof looks amazing. Excellent work that was a great value for the money. Our thanks to eveyone involved on the Roof Maxx team. PJM

Our roof is 20 years old. We received a quote for a new roof for over $20,000. Roof Max of Short Pump treated our dry shingles for a fraction of that and now they are flexible again. Very happy.

  Thanks and appreciate your business!

Loose asphalt shingles may first become noticeable along the eaves and sloped rake edges, where wind can act on the roof perimeter. After windy weather, look safely from the ground for raised tabs, curled corners, uneven edge lines, or missing pieces. Do not climb onto the roof or attempt the repair yourself. A professional assessment can determine whether the shingle needs to be resealed, repaired, or replaced. Roof Maxx assessments identify necessary maintenance before recommending rejuvenation treatment.
