  Horrible experience. The communication was horrible and they didn't even try to keep the promised. After we agreed to work with them to repair our roof, they went completely silent. I had to reach out 3x to find out when they were coming to do the repairs. A whole month passed ofn heavy rain. Finally the day of the repair arrived and they didn't show up. I called and emailed 4x and got no response until I told them I was canceling the service. Suddenly they emailed me that if I canceled they would charge me 50% of the total cost. This is insane. Today was the last day we were under an agreement with them and lo and behold they show up WHILE ITS RAINING to do the repairs. I don't even want to imagine what kind of water dammage occurred while they were "fixing" the roof. They stayed about an hour total and didn't even do all the things that were on the estimate. Avoid this company

  Looked at the review and thought they should be good but unfortunately very poor customer service. They use subcontractors and are not a "Local" company. Work wasn't complete on initial day and subcontractors said they took a lot of pictures which they said I would receive them via email. When a different person showed up to finish the job, explained that I still did not get the pictures for the work done on the roof, he promised he would either get them or come back following week the right ladder and take them himself. Several days later the Co-owner/CFO Craig is texting me and states I need to prove to them the work wasn't done. I only asked for pictures of the work done which would have taken 10 minutes or less to do but then he starts referring to the contract and pictures are not part of the contract. All of the people who came to the house all agreed and were nice about getting me the pictures they told me they would provide. Was told by Craig if I have any dispute I need to submit them in writing and does not want to send someone over to do what his staff all committed to doing. If you want to work with a remote company, put all requests in writing in contract or better yet go with a real local contractor who takes pride in their work and name.

  I read the glowing reviews and was hoping for a similar experience, however I was extremely let down. Was quoted $2500, and they were here for less then 2 hours. Blew all the dirt/leaves/organic matter from the roof into the pool. Left a huge mess. Quite a racket at $1250 an hour. Oh, and they didn’t reach out when I sent an email to that effect. Maybe they will now?

  Bought a home in Walnut Creek, had Roof Doctors do the inspection while in escrow and do the needed repairs with warranty after escrow closed. First major rainstorm a month later there were leaks. A re-inspection flagged additional repairs, half was covered by the warranty and some was new work. I agree with the cost of the additional work and repairs, do not agree with the cancellation clause in the contract. The repair work is scheduled over ten weeks out, if we have rain again (it's now rain season) and try and get someone else to repair the leaks I would still owe 50% of the Roof Doctors estimate even if they did no work. I do not feel comfortable with a leaky roof November thru January and having to pay them if I have to get someone else to do the work.
