  They quoted me to fix a leaking roof, which required fixing a few places on the roof. Turned out when they got started that the work required was less than the original contract. They still tried to charge me the full amount! I opted to pursue resolving this through the small claims court process so they dropping the price (by half). I don't know whether what they did will resolve the leaking problem (they didn't really test it) since they were too concerned with getting paid... One of the worst companies I've dealt with.
