  I would have used them. They came, took measurements, explained everything, said they would call in 3 days with a quote for a whole roof replacement. I waited a week, nothing. I called 4 different times to see if I could get a quote over the phone or by email, was told I would receive a call in the afternoon. Nothing. Four times. Didn't want to wait much longer to get a replacement, so I moved on. Unfortunately it wasted my time waiting for their quote, and I wanted it before calling another company since they are highly rated. I guess they didn't need the business.

  Worst Roofing job so far! Left mess and dangerous materials all over job site then disappeared for 3 days, returned yesterday late afternoon for one hour only, dropped off supplies and left again. Haven't seen them since. Workers are flaky, lazy and unprofessional! If I wasn't just the tenant I'd have fired them the first day

  Dynasty was professional, from beginning to end. Prompt telephone service, prompt evaluation and estimate quotation, specialized roofers (different roles among the crew) working efficiently to complete our job in 4 days. in addition, they coordinated with a solar panel company to work around removal and reinstallation of our panels. The workmanship is excellent- and we have experience, as Dynasty installed our previous roof 25 years ago and it never failed or had any issues.

  The folks at Dynasty Roofing are awesome. Very thorough, professional, organized and hardworking. The process from their free estimate on through to the finished roof was seamless and smooth. They performed a quality job at a fair price.

  UPDATE: within an hour of this post I received a call from Dynasty saying they had sent the quote a day after meeting with me. The woman on the phone was very friendly and waited for comfiration that I had received in my inbox. Original post: I called for a quote, a young guy came out, looked at the roof and said he'd create a quote in 3 days. Never heard from him again.

  Quotations were very reasonable compared to others for the same work. Work was very efficiently done by different crews, expert in their part of the project. Quality of work was excellent. Preparation and post project cleanup was great. Project included removal of two old layers of roofing, some wood replacement, installation of new roofing, and installation of new gutters.

  We recently had our roof replaced by Dynasty Roofing, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Their team was professional, efficient, and courteous throughout the whole process. The communication was clear, the work was completed on schedule, and the quality of craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. They took great care to protect our property during the project and did a thorough cleanup afterward. The roof looks fantastic, and we feel confident knowing it was done right. It’s rare these days to find a company that delivers both quality work and excellent customer service — Dynasty Roofing absolutely did both. Highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work!

  Dynasty Roofing did a fantastic job replacing our roof. Once we got on the schedule the process was quick, thorough and professional. They did our main roof and a large flat roof over our carport. They even custom built a new metal top for our chimney and new flashing for the carport. Their quote was very reasonable and spot on. The cost for addressing some dry rot on the carport was less than I was expecting. They also installed some eave vents to work in unison with the new ridge vent. Highly recommend.

  My insurance company required I get a new roof or I'd be canceled, and I'm So happy my friend recommended Dynasty Roofing to me. Their response time and price were excellent (I received 3 other estimates, plus one company that never got me the estimate despite my following up with them), but more than that, they worked with me to accommodate my schedule both for the estimate and to make sure I had it done by the deadline my insurance company gave me. Molly was always responsive as well as professional and kind, and she kept us well informed. Dave responded to a question I had while they were on the job, and he is obviously very experienced and knowledgeable, and I was very happy he answered my questions so quickly. I highly recommend Dynasty Roofing.

  Dynasty Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof - efficient and did a quality job. They also did new gutters and downspouts which was a great service. This is our second time working with them and we highly recommend them to everyone we know who needs a new roof. Our roof and gutters look great and we are happy customers! Highly recommend!

  Dynasty is a company that stands behind their work. I recently had an issue with my 14 year old roof installed by Dynasty roofing. Although the problem was created by a different contractor, they responded quickly, Dave fixed the problem in a matter of minutes, thank you!

  Dynasty Roofing just completed my roof in record time before the rainy season started. Even got a nice solar tube that brought light into the house. Their entire team both in and out of the office is top notch. Good work for a reasonable price. They're really good and I highly recommend them for your roof work!
