Haven’t dealt with this company unless you include almost being run off the road by your company truck. All the way down harlem they drove very recklessly speeding and cutting people off left & right with no concern for the public. If you do use this company, watch out for any children who may be around the work site where these ignoramuses drive.

That’s how plywood looks 5 years after he replaced roof and skylight. Didn’t want to fix it from warranty.

Told me I have to have a claim filed before he'll even take a look at my house. When I explained that I can't file a claim without knowing I have damage to claim, he stopped me and said "let me explain something to you." With 12 years in …

I had about a ten foot stretch of ridge vent replaced by Schabes. A few months later, I had a leak in the ceiling. I thought it was from a nearby skylight. A Velux service tech confirmed that the skylight was fine, but on further inspection of the area he found unfilled nail holes in the shingles along the nailing area of the new ridge vent. It appears the Schabes installation crew failed to use best practices and did not fill the holes where the previous nails had been, before nailing down the new ridge vent. I called Schabes while the tech was on the roof and found the conversation not productive. Fortunately, the Velux tech filled the holes for me. Disappointed with Schabes workmanship.

Had Ron replace my roof a couple years ago and they did a fantastic job! Had some wind damage to my facia so I called Ron. He was very prompt with his response and gave me a great price! The job was completed within a week of our conversation and once again the workmanship was exceptional! I highly recommended this company.

We used Ron Schabes roofing to replace our roof, siding, facia, gutters, soffit, and garage door for an insurance claim. Ron and his crew were nothing short of excellent to deal with. Ron assisted us with color choices and dealing with the the insurance company. He was easy to get a hold of and always had answers to our questions. His guys completed high quality work while being friendly and always on time. If you're looking for a company that has been in Orland Park for a long time and does quality work there is no doubt this is who you need to call.

Asked a friend about who to call for roof repairs since I was left hanging by 4 different companies my job wasn't big enough for them so no call back or communication. Friend told me to try Ron Schabes roofing they were quick to respond since the roof was starting to leak inside kitchen over 4th July. Great work perfect timing since we got more rain and rain again. I no who to call when I need a roof in future.

Excellent roofer! Very good customer service and it was easy to schedule the estimate visit and the roof installation. Fair pricing. Very satisfied with the roof. It looks beautiful! And, the roofers not only protected the windows, our outdoor furniture and landscaping. They cleaned up the entire area. Very satisfied.
