Rock Steady just completed our roof replacement last week. Ryan Jessen, Owner, oversaw our project and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. There were weather challenges with daily afternoon showers and storms but Ryan's crew trudged forward each day to complete the job! No easy task in Alabama in August even without the rain delays! Clean-up was meticulous as Ryan's crew had all our old shingles picked up at the end of the first day! There's really no way to do a roofing job without your yard becoming a temporary dump site but Ryan's crew did an outstanding job of cleaning up when it was over. Would highly recommend Rock Steady and Ryan Jessen to anyone considering a new roof or any roof related task needing done!

Rock Steady Roofing replaced the old shingle roof on our home with a new metal 'fortified' roof. Ryan worked with me to obtain the non-stock 24 gage PBR and materials specified. The installation crew did a good job, left the jobsite clean, and the new roof looks great! I am pleased with the outcome of this project and very confident that it will withstand high winds and big hail. I plan to use Rock Steady Roofing for other projects in the future.

I reached out to 3-4 companies to assist with a roofing project at my house. I chose the companies to get quotes from based on previous reviews and proximity to my location. Rock Steady was the first to respond to my inquiry and Ryan was out to my house within 2 days to look at the project. When he arrived we talked, he flew a drone above my house to get an assessment and photos and he shared with me some preliminary thoughts. Within 48 hours I had a quote. I wanted to wait for more quotes but after one other company came out and saw the shortcuts the other company had in their solution, I no longer wanted to evaluate other companies. I knew I found the right roofing company with Rock Steady due to their professionalism, quality of their solution and responsiveness. I am a safety professional and I noticed that Ryan talked about safety and his solution was doing the work the right way for my home and for his workers. The quote was fair and he worked me into the schedule quickly. The team did the work in one day and cleaned up the area. The work exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend using Rock Steady Roofing.

Ryan and his team did a great job for us in Loxley. He was very responsive to all our inquiries, and took the time to give us various options, guidance and advice on moving forward with our plans. He was able to save us a lot of unnecessary expenses in completing the work. He was honest, competively priced, and very professional. The team that did the work was thorough, cleaned up afterwards and were efficient in getting the job done. We highly recommend Rock Steady Roofing and will absolutely look to call them for any future exterior work on our homes.

Ryan was the first to call back for the quote, the first one on the roof and won the bid first due to his fair pricing and quick response time. He was always an email away for any questions and was open and communicative with the whole process. Could not recommend him more!

Ryan always does good work, shows up punctually, *at a set time*...which is great, I hate waiting all day for someone who gives a vague time, and may or may not show. Reasonable rates, which is rare these days. Highly recommend.
