  Hi Chris, thank you for sharing your feedback. We take pride in our transparency and want to clarify the details of our warranty claim process. Processing a manufacturer warranty claim requires significant labor and overhead. Including physically removing shingle samples, shipping them for testing, and managing the extensive administrative paperwork. We outline our $1,200 administrative fee upfront in a signed agreement, which is completely waived if a homeowner chooses us to perform the roof replacement. Because material and supply costs from our manufacturers fluctuate, all of our initial estimates are strictly valid for 45 days. In your case, there was a multi-month delay between receiving your warranty payout and moving forward with the project. When you requested an updated estimate, it reflected the unavoidable price increases passed down by our suppliers. While we understand that rising material costs are frustrating, we fulfilled our end of the signed contract to secure your warranty funds. Since you chose to use another company for the installation, the administrative overhead fee for our completed labor remained due. We wish you the best with your new roof.

  Had a roof leak. After all this rain lately, is was good that Joshua showed up pretty quick on the same day I called to look into it. His assessment was spot on and he had my leak patched up in no time. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Thanks!!!

  I needed to replace our roof and after much research contacted Ridgeline Construction for our home. The Ridgeline Construction team is unparalleled and has the most efficient team of professionals I have ever had the pleasure of working with. From the time the team arrived until the day they completed the job they left no stone unturned. Our beautiful Architectural GAF shingles are stunning, and everyone continues to ask who did your roof. I want to personally thank Sean, Josh, Alice, Scott, Franklin and all of their crews. When I said they are great, it goes well beyond 5 Stars. They blanketed and covered all of our plants to protect everything nearest to the house to prevent damage to our landscaping. They removed every shingle with care and carefully discarded them. The supervisors arrived every day to check the quality of the job. who still does that? And when the job was complete, I watched as they used magnets to pick up any nails that may have landed outside of the covered zones that captured the existing shingles as they were removed and discarded. As thrilled as I was with all of the work they provided, I was impressed as they used blowers and cleaned the porches and any areas effected from the job. I had a huge smile on my face as they left our property, and yes, they had blowers going as they left our property.   Ridgeline did an exceptional job when replacing our roof. From the start, Alice clearly explained each step of the process, and Sean's crew handled the installation with professionalism and care. They were punctual, attentive, and finished the project in just two days. The workmanship was impressive and surpassed our expectations. Throughout the job, they maintained a clean worksite and even went above and beyond by cleaning and touch-up painting our gutters. We highly recommend Ridgeline.

  Ridgeline did an absolutely wonderful job on my roof installation. I pulled three estimates and theirs was the most competitive. Also they have an excellent financing option. From start to cleanup, Franklin Arias and his crew were absolute professionals and completed my roof installation in one day! As promised in their ad, the cleanup was immaculate. Program managers Vincent Childers and Heath Rogan were a pleasure to work with and very helpful. I highly recommend Ridgeline for roof replacement to anyone.

  We contacted ridgeline construction to get a quote for some slipped shingles, etc. Josh came out next day to look at our roof. He fixed our shingles for us and we also had a conversation about some other issues we had. They didn’t try to talk us in to anything or take advantage like some companies do. Honest people and good advice!

  I called Ridgeline not knowing if they could send someone out to look at a small leak in our roof before it rained the next day, and they sent Josh out same day and he was able to find the problem and fix it before the storm.   I'm a real estate agent and one of my clients needed a roof evaluation and minor roof repair. I contacted a few companies who were certified for the Fortified roof program.
