  VERY non responsive. Been over 1 year and still no roof certification for the fortified roof. Will not respond to my emails after saying it will be done. Do not use. Been trying to contact for over a year to have pictures and information sent over to the inspector to have the certification completed.

  No ma’am , you did not pay for the certificate, in fact your husband said he was not interested in having it certified at the time, tho I tried to talk him in to it at the time of completion. So if your gonna come on google and express the issue atleast get your facts straight please. There is no need to lie and say that you guys paid for it because that’s clearly not the case. You jus started calling us about it 2 weeks ago, as I told you I’m working on it..

  My biggest complaint is you read all these 5 star reviews and I got one star service. The crew constantly smoked on my property. As a reformed smoker I found this incredibly offensive. They dropped numerous screws in both my new ac units. They just dropped sheets of the old metal off the roof damaging my flower beds and stair rails. Michaels lack of follow up was slow, he didn't return text messages in a timely manner. We didn't know if he was showing up or not. I never once saw him on the job site except to bid the job.. Their clean up was marginal and they left screws all in my drive way also. I thought if I paid more I would get better service, not so. The tarps they put on the roof were put up so bad, they didn't do much. When I asked one of the workers how they got all the 5 star reviews, he said because they have the workers and friends write them. He did offer to fix a few things but we didn't feel like waiting and fixed stair rails ourselves.

We Haven’t heard from you since we complete your roof over a year ago, I’m taking it there no issues with the roof? I’m sure you would have called us if so. As a business owner your self it seems you’d be a little more understanding when it comes to google reviews and employees dealing with customers. I apologized for my men smoking cigarettes and leaving nails on your job. If there is anything I can do personally to change your mind on this review and the Jamie McPhillips one please contact me directly on my cell 251-752-3836 I’ve worked so hard over the last 10 years to keep a perfect Rating. I sincerely hate it when a customer is dis satisfied it’s not something I’m used to dealing with. I try my best to be on and monitor every job. Things were pretty hectic still from Hurriane sally when we completed your roof, At the time I had 8 crews running everyday and I sincerely apologize that I wasn’t able to interact more with you guys. Please forgive me. I hope your businesses are doing well

  Answered my communication instantly. Came out the next morning and gave me an estimate and completed my repair job immediately. Highly professional. I strongly recommend!

  I couldn’t be happier with the work Mass LLC did on my roof. From the initial inspection to the final cleanup, the team was professional, punctual, and transparent about costs. They found a few issues I wasn't aware of and explained the fix clearly without trying to upsell me on things I didn't need. The crew worked fast, and my yard was spotless when they left. Appreciate the value that you added to my home!

  Mike and his company done an excellent job on replacing my mother’s roof. He did exactly as he discussed with me on the phone and by quote. Mike & his crew started early and was finished on the same day before dark, everything was cleaned up just like he found it. I would highly recommend using him to replace or repair your roof.
