We had a leak coming into our bedroom and had three other roofers inspect it, but each one told us something different, and one even said there was no roofing problem at all. We then contacted Robinson & Sons Roofing & Remodeling and were very pleased with the whole experience. They came out quickly, did a much more thorough roof inspection than the others, and found the real issue right away: an old patch from a satellite dish removal was letting water in. They explained everything in simple terms, gave us a better price than the other roofing contractors, and completed the repair neatly with a very clean work area. It is hard to find a roofer that is this honest, responsive, and detail-oriented, especially when roof leaks can get worse fast in the Arlington heat and storms. We have already recommended them to others.

After the last big storm, we found a bad roof leak dripping through the ceiling near our hallway vent, and i was honestly pretty stressed. A few shingles had blown off, the vent pipe flashing had lifted, and dark water stains were spreading …

We recently bought a house in Arlington with a roof leak that needed fast repair. After another roofing company failed to protect the area before heavy rain, we needed a dependable roofer right away. When we reached out, Malachi responded quickly and had a tarp put on the roof without delay. Malachi and his roofing crew were professional, friendly, and easy to work with from start to finish. They kept us updated through each step, explained the roof repair process in simple detail, and answered every question we had. The team completed the roof repair and chimney flashing work on time, and they later came back to review everything with us to make sure we were fully satisfied. A few weeks later, a chimney inspector commented on how well the flashing had been installed. He mentioned that he often sees roofing work where corners were cut, but this flashing was done the right way and showed real skill. That extra praise gave us even more confidence in the quality of the workmanship. We would gladly use them again for roofing services because of their quick response, clear communication, solid craftsmanship, and reliable service.

I hired Robinson & Sons Roofing & Remodeling to replace my roof during the hot summer in Arlington. kyle and julian did a great job with communication and made the whole roofing process easy to understand. Their estimate was detailed and thorough, and they even checked the attic for signs of old water damage, which gave me more confidence in choosing them over another roofing bid. On installation day, the crew showed up on time, worked hard, and cleaned up the property well after the roof work was finished. julian kept me informed throughout the project and explained a few small adjustments that were needed because of earlier moisture issues around the roof decking and attic area. They also handled the chimney cap replacement, which was a more involved part of the job, and they completed it carefully. The gutter crew came back shortly after to reinstall the gutters, and when i had a few questions about the final setup, they responded quickly and came out to make the corrections needed. I appreciated that they stood behind their work and made sure everything looked as close to the original as possible. Since the gutters were older, I learned that replacing them fully can sometimes be a smoother option than reinstalling existing ones, but they still worked hard to get everything right. Overall, I am very happy with the finished roof and the full roofing experience. The new roof looks great, the cleanup was solid, and I have already received many compliments from neighbors. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing or related exterior work in Arlington.

We have used Robinson & Sons Roofing & Remodeling several times for roofing and gutter work. Most recently, after a tree damaged one section of our gutter system, we had it repaired through an insurance claim. The results looked so good and worked so well that we decided to replace the rest of the gutters too. The crew was fast, professional, and did a great job cleaning up the work area, so you could hardly tell they had been there. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and the new gutters and downspouts now handle heavy Arlington rain the way they should. Instead of water pouring over the edges, everything now drains properly through the downspouts. We are very happy with the finished work and the big improvement to our home.

We had a small leak in our nearly 30-year-old roof, so we knew it was time to get estimates for a full roof replacement. After asking around for roofer recommendations, we reached out to three roofing contractors. seth responded quickly, set up a virtual roof inspection, and sent the results and recommendations right away as promised. Out of the three roofing estimates, this one gave us the best value. thomas also came by in person and carefully explained the roofing options, materials, and what would work best for our home. After talking through our needs and budget, he suggested a practical and cost-effective choice without any sales pressure. We appreciated the clear printed information, real roofing samples, and the detailed written estimate that listed the scope of work along with a few possible deck and repair items that could come up once the old shingles were removed. The roofing crew was polite, skilled, and worked hard the whole day while respecting our property. They completed the tear-off and new roof installation in one day, which was impressive given the steep pitch and the amount of work involved. The finished roof looks strong, clean, and well-built, and the cleanup was excellent. In hot Texas weather, it was great to see a crew stay organized and efficient from start to finish. There was also a small issue with an older porch railing that had weak wood, and malachi handled it the right way by crediting the repair cost and helping us get it addressed quickly. That kind of honesty and integrity says a lot. We highly recommend this roofing company for roof replacement, leak repair, and professional service.

I had an excellent experience getting my new roof done. From the first call to the final shingle, everyone I spoke with was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They made the whole roofing process simple and stress free, and they took time to go over every option so I felt comfortable with the work, materials, and schedule. Seth was my main point of contact, and he understood the job from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and kept me informed through each step. The crew was professional, worked hard, and showed real attention to detail. The roof turned out perfect and really improved the look of my home. The cleanup was outstanding too. They left the property spotless, and I did not find a single nail or piece of shingle in the yard afterward. In the Arlington heat, it was great to work with a roofing team that stayed organized, efficient, and focused on quality. They made me feel like a valued customer the entire time, which is not always easy to find. I would gladly hire them again for any future roofing or exterior work.

When we bought our older home, we already knew a full roof replacement would be needed. We got a few roofing estimates and chose this crew, and it turned out to be a great decision. It was especially nice to learn that Malachi had worked on this roof years ago, which made the whole project feel even more meaningful. My husband was away when the roofing job was finished, so I was a little worried about handling questions on my own if anything came up. The crew made that easy from start to finish. They were professional, respectful, and very efficient, and they kept me updated each day on the progress. This was a large roofing project with a lot of work involved, and I expected it to take much longer, but they completed it in just a few days without cutting corners. They kept the job site organized, worked hard in the Texas heat, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. Julian was also excellent to work with. After the install was done, he gave me his contact information and said to reach out if I had any concerns. A couple of days later, I noticed a small section of shingles that did not seem fully secured, and I contacted him right away. He responded quickly and came back promptly to take care of it. That kind of follow-up and warranty-minded service meant a lot. Overall, I would highly recommend this roofing team to anyone needing a new roof or a large roofing project completed. They were easy to work with, communicated well, paid attention to detail, and delivered quality workmanship. We have already received many compliments on the new roof and are very thankful for their hard work, skill, and care.
