  I am needing a quote to replace the roof over an enclosed patio because my current roof is leaking and add a vent over a room. The associate came to my home promptly but that’s where the positive ends. Now two weeks later, he has not provided a quote. I have reached out to the office four times. The fourth time, I was told everyone was out of the office for the week. I understand life happens but they’re not doing business all week? Regardless, I should have had the quote sent to me in less than a week or at least personally reached out to if something was preventing them from providing the quote. I would be a repeat customer but I suppose they don’t value my business since I’m not needing a 20k roof replacement. Frazier added gutters to my home and the process was seamless so I don’t know why I’m receiving poor assistance with my roof needs other than it not being a huge payday of a job. I’m very disappointed in my experience as I’ve heard great things about Frazier and had a great experience with my gutters.

I take full responsibility for the fact that your repairs required multiple visits and that the process caused unnecessary disruption to your home and schedule. That’s not the level of efficiency or professionalism we aim to deliver. Regarding your water heater and interior repair concerns, I regret that our communication and follow-through left you feeling unheard, and that you didn’t see me or our sales team on-site as promised—that should have been handled better. I’m also sorry to hear about your friend’s experience. While our contracts outline certain limitations, I understand that what matters most is that trust was broken, and that’s something we need to work hard to rebuild. We value every customer, even when things don’t go right, because it gives us a chance to improve.   The worker showed up 3-4 hours late. Didn’t clean gutter fully, and left standing water in gutter. We asked to fix gutter so water didn’t stay in it but that work was not done.

  We got Mr. Morris to check our roof. He was very kind, and told us we have to wait to get the estimate. It took ONE WEEK! Unbelievable! And we had to be calling every day to ask for it. They ask us to sign the report, so they can give us a date to do the job. We did it, and now we are calling to get the date, but the woman who answer, and was very rude, just said that the repair department will contact us. I ask her if they could do it as soon as possible, and she just repeated her words. Such a ... The worst company I've ever contacted.

  I was not home when my gutters were installed, however, the job looks great! I was very happy with the way it looks. I have not experienced rain yet so I am looking forward to that! It looks like the best job I have ever had done! I have had very bad experience with gutters in the past falling down and ruining wood on my house. I am, so far, very happy with this installation.   I could not have asked for better customer service than whatI received from their representative Christian. He is truly phenomenal at his job and he really looks after his customers. The guys that came to the house to do the work were on time, pleasant and they left the yard in great shape. Adrienne, Christian’s assistant has also been great and provided timely and friendly service.

  Never hired a gutter technician before, so don’t fully know what to expect. Christian Tijerina came by with a reasonable estimate for future requested work, but then went way above and beyond in a smaller request that was super important to me and went a long way toward establishing future trust in this company for future bigger jobs. Very happy with what he did today. Very hopeful his crews will reproduce that outcome in future jobs.
