Contacted this company because they are listed as experienced in slate roof repair. My experience was less than professional. They are extremely arrogant and rude to new customers. Their receptionist was argumentative, loud and hostile. Their owner, Jim Roberts, was equally arrogant and rude. I am glad I found this out with just a phone call and would recommend avoiding this company as they are not customer focused

Jeremy, Drake, Julio, and Luis came to replace about 15 slates on my roof. They explained all the work they did and even showed photos of the work they had done. They were very efficient and polite. This is the second time I have repairs done by Roberts and will certainly call them again.

After noticing some leaks in our attic, we reached out to Roberts roofing to do the repairs. We went with them in large part because of the professionalism of their estimator. He used a drone to get high quality images of the roof and found issues where I expected and a few places I didn't! Amber in the office was very responsive to get everything scheduled and was patient with my questions. When the crew arrived to do the work, they were great too. The foreman was polite and very focused. One thing I really appreciated was after the job was done, their final invoice included pictures of the completed work so I could see what was done, especially in comparison to their "before" pictures. The only thing I might call a negative in the process is I wish there was a little more clarity to know when they would have begun the work, but I also understand that when dealing with construction (and especially working with a slate roof) they're at the mercy of weather and everything going well on jobs prior to mine. It certainly doesn't affect my overall review. I'm very happy going with Roberts.

Roberts Roofing went above and beyond to solve our roofing problem. The office staff were professional and friendly, and stood by their reputation. The crew that came to the house were top notch! 5 stars!

We bought a house with a tile roof that hadn't been maintained for many, many years. Roberts Roofing has gone above and beyond to fix the damaged areas of our roof (which were many!). They are always on time, have fabulous communication, and have the highest quality work you can get in the area. My family is thankful to have had Roberts Roofing ensure our tile roof is in tip top shape.
