  We knew it was time to replace our old tile roof since it was the original one on the house. We met with 8 roofing contractors, and our main concerns were fair pricing, quality workmanship, and how the roof system would be installed. Some roofers used outside labor crews, while others had their own trained team. We wanted a roofing company that clearly takes care of its workers and stands behind the job, so we ruled several out right away. When we met with Jamie from Rivera Brothers Roof Repair, we came away feeling we could trust the process and the people. It also helped that they could take care of the full project, including the new roof, new gutters, solar attic fans, and even the paperwork. That made the whole experience much easier and less stressful for us. The roof installation turned out great, and the finished work looks excellent. Like with any home improvement project, a couple small issues came up, but they handled everything quickly and professionally. At the end of the first workday, a little cleanup was missed near the pool area, and they made it right right away. There was also a short delay before the gutter installation, but Jamie stayed on top of it and the gutters were completed within just a few days. Overall, we are very happy with the results. The price was fair, the roofing work was high quality, and the whole roof replacement was completed in only two days, which was impressive. Compared with other roofing jobs we have seen take weeks, this crew worked fast without cutting corners. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone in Linden who needs roof replacement, gutter work, or attic ventilation done the right way.

  A few months after I signed a roofing contract with Rivera Brothers Roof Repair and paid a deposit, a major chimney problem was found during the roof and flashing planning. I had to cancel the job so we could handle that urgent repair first. Even though they were not required to return my deposit after the contract period had passed, Jamie and the team were very understanding, patient, and fair. They refunded my money with no hassle at all. That kindness helped my family cover the big cost of rebuilding the chimney and improving the safety around the roofline and structure. Now the area is much safer, and I have real peace of mind knowing my children can move around the house without worry.   While i was managing maintenance for a property in Linden, we had several roofing projects completed because of ongoing leaks and some wind-related roof damage from older foam roofing. i contacted Landon and asked him to inspect the roofs and explain the best roofing option. He clearly walked me through the foam roofing system, how the material is made, and why it works well for roof protection and long-term performance.   Jamie was very straightforward and explained exactly what we needed to know about our roof without pushing any unnecessary repairs or a full replacement. He came out right after we called and gave the entire roofing system a careful inspection. We originally thought the roof would need to be replaced, but after looking over everything, he pointed out a few areas that could be repaired and let us know the roof still had a few good years left. We really appreciated his honesty and clear advice. During the roof inspection, he also noticed a few areas around the skylights that needed fresh sealing, and he took care of that while he was there. It was clear he knows roofing, flashing, and leak-prone spots very well. The whole visit felt professional, helpful, and stress-free, and we would gladly recommend him to anyone needing roof repair, roof inspection, or skylight sealing.

  Rivera Brothers Roof Repair was sent by our insurance company to handle our roof replacement, and the whole process went very smoothly. Landon and the crew did a great job, and the communication was clear from start to finish. We were kept updated on when the roofing materials and dumpster would arrive, and someone checked in several times while the new roof was being installed. Before the full roof job began, Landon also came out to patch an active roof leak as a temporary fix before the rain moved in, which really helped protect the house.   (At first we wrote the review on their other office) It was all covered by insurance except our deductible. We called around and spoke to a number of roofers in Linden and even one on the other side of the state who was willing to come over and ultimately we selected them because they were organized, fair, and we could tell we weren't going to get surprised that stemmed from ambiguous "non-answers" to our questions about our roof repair early on. Thank you for your help! (Oops, I guess it's the same company, but we originally meant to write this review for their Linden Office, but I guess they share a couple of teams between the offices anyway)...
