  This company is terrible! Absolutely impossible to get ahold of or have anyone return your phone call. Our siding is under warranty and needs replaced due to improper installation, but can’t seem to get anyone to come look at it and get us scheduled for replacement..

  I was disappointed with my experience. I feel like the salesman just told me what I wanted to hear to make the sale but didn't worry about following through on his promises. One example was he told me they would paint my chimney chase cover to match since it was rusted, but they didn't even after I followed up with him after the job and he said they would come back to paint it. Communication was poor - they didn't let me know ahead of time when materials were going to be delivered so the materials ended up blocking my car in garage since they were left on my driveway. They didn't clean up very well after the job was completed - we found a dozen nails on our driveway and another dozen on our deck and many more scattered around the property. I have had two other roofing jobs by different companies in the past and had a better experience with the other companies overall. They did get the job done quickly, however. Edited to note: River City followed up with me shortly after this review was posted, and they came back and painted the chimney chase cover like had originally been promised.
