  This company is a joke. Been "working" with them since the beginning of June 2024 to replace our roof shingles and we are now into the middle of October 2024. No one returns any phone calls. Was initially working with Eferan, then got pawned off to Jenny and have made numerous phone calls to the office at different times of the day and always get a recording to leave message, in which I have done numerous times and have NEVER received a call back.

  Excellent roofing service by Jen D and her company river city roofing! Jen replaced my damaged roof and used the best materials possible! She also helped me pick and choose the best shingles that would match the color of my home and gutters. She is professional, committed, and exceeded my expectations.   Project Manager Mark Witzke is AWESOME. He really is what swayed our decision to go with River City after getting multiple quotes as we explored cost and quality to maximize the value we would be receiving from a roofing company. Marks communication from start to finish exceeded our expectations. Mark had us scheduled 2 days after signing and the roofers finished our roof in 6 hours. Mark will go above and beyond for you and your family which was not my experience with other suppliers. 10/10 recommend 👌
