  Hi Christopher, We were quite disappointed to read your feedback, and we take such critical feedback seriously. Since we did not install your roof, the roof and attic inspection is how we identify potential leaks. We did a full review of the photos and notes from your inspection and also spoke with our team member who performed your inspection. It looks like your leak may be from the plumbing vent itself, or your intake vent. While in your attic, our inspector did note his that the moisture was entering from inside your plumbing vent and leaking at the joint/elbow inside your attic. This is a common issue we find in new construction homes like yours. If this is the case, such a leak point would be remedied by a plumber, as opposed to a roofer, which is why we made the recommendation. It sounds like your plumber had some other feedback which we would like to hear more about and discuss. We'd be happy to perform another inspection to reassess and get to the bottom of your issue, so that it can be appropriately addressed. Our inspections are always free, and we are happy to help. Hi Chris, Sorry to hear about he continued leak. I'm sure it's frustrating. Frankly, it's a very strange leak, that may be from the underlayment detail above your vents. It's very hard to know since we did not install your roof. Currently, we have not charged you anything for any inspections or repair work. We are willing to perform additional inspections and repairs at no cost to you until we identify this leak and get it fixed. Given the persistence of the leak, this would require a water test and then likely removing significant sections of your roof until the leak source is isolated.   Our insurance company highly recommended we use them. One of the workers poured a bowl of watermelon by my front deck which attracted a lot of flys and I found a bloody band-aid in my front yard [skeved me out]. But like everyone else in Longmont, we have a new roof!!

  Hi Della, I was disappointed to read your review. It sounds like you are happy with the end result of your roof installation, but the full experience left something to be desired. Regarding the watermelon, it sounds like one of our installers did not use good judgement during their lunch break. We agree that this is unacceptable. As for the bloody band aid, we agree that this is gross. We do get a lot of small cuts and blisters while installing roofs, and we are sorry if that band aid came from the hands of one of our shingle installers.   Complete waste of time. After an initial meet and greet I was told how he wanted to procure my materials which wasn't needed. I was told how he wanted to design my house. Wrong. Thanks westpro.

  My husband and I bought our home in June of last year; at the time we noticed a lot of the windows needed replacing, and while the siding had some wood rot and appeared original to the home, we thought it was livable for a while. Until a bunch of birds started drilling holes into the side of it this spring. Big holes. Didn’t know black-capped chickadees made homes in wood. Anyway, I shopped around for a week or so and found WestPro - they had glowing reviews and also worked in tandem with Pella Windows, a company I’ve heard equally stellar things about. Called them out for a consultation (thank you Diego!), and events quickly progressed from there. Our project manager, Luke Cross, was INCREDIBLY communicative and absolutely on top of every detail. The team he had out to put up our new Hardie Board siding was phenomenal as well, knocking the entire project out in two weeks, and the Pella Windows installers were equally swift and skilled. We went with the Impervia windows which, while pricey, are far and away the best quality I’ve ever seen and should last us decades to come. Every question I had, Luke responded swiftly and gracefully, even when it seemed like borderline harassment from me with all the phone calls I made asking him a bajillion questions. He truly has the patience of a saint. Our new siding looks AMAZING and was installed to absolute perfection, the windows are crystal clear, and I could not be happier with the final results as a whole. I’d recommend WestPro to absolutely anyone looking to replace their siding and windows! P.S. Anyone on the fence about Hardie Board and top-quality windows - since their installation, our thermostat stays at exactly the temperature we set it. We used to have a temperature variance between 3-7 degrees depending on the heat of the day, and now it remains rock solid at 72, which is what we keep the house at. And it’s three floors. Seriously.

  We had our siding and roofing done with westpro. Brandon was great help through the process with communication and punctuationality. He always arrived on time and delivered on his promises. Tony and his crew were very attentive with our home. The final product was exceptional.

  We have just had the greatest experience with Kevin at Westpro! He did warranty work for us that we did not think could be done. We absolutely this company! And anyone that needs hardy board siding needs to go with this company. They are the best!

  Clayton and the entire WestPro team did a superb job on our flat roof replacement on our single-story home, including some non-standard repair work needed. The soffit, fascia, and roof replacement was done at a high quality, great communications, and professional manner while on site. Clayton was our PM and did a fantastic job on this project.

A 1920 home with multiple additions built over the decades is not a straightforward siding job. On this project, the original cedar wood siding and trim had been rotting for years and the two exterior doors were in the same shape. The homeowner chose James Hardie Straight Edge Shingle in Cobblestone for the south side and Board and Batten in Timber Bark for the north side, with Cedarmill trim throughout in Timber Bark and Cobblestone. Nine custom windows were also replaced as part of the full exterior overhaul. Mixing two Hardie profiles on a home like this is not just an aesthetic decision. It is a way of giving each addition its own character while keeping the exterior cohesive. For older homes with complex histories, the material and design decisions matter as much as the installation.
