  They replaced our roof around 5-6 years ago. We had wind damage on our garage where shingles were gone so we wanted someone to come check the rest of the roof and repair it. They called and set an appointment, did not show. I called and left a message to reschedule, they didn't call back. I then texted the person who was supposed to come, no response. Then I sent an email on their website...no response. I would skip this company and hire someone else. We certainly will not work with them again.

  Our experience with stone creek roofing was as expected up until the point where we signed our contract and paid the deposit. After that, we had communication issues along every step of the way (we weren’t given a work date and had to follow up with the company multiple times and it took talking to multiple people to get an answer, we weren’t given any type of schedule for the targeted completion date, we were told several things by the sales person that ended up not being accurate, the work was not completed within the time frame we were given and nobody on the crew communicated that the work wasn’t done before leaving the house, on the follow up work days that ended up being required we also had trouble receiving communication from the company about the work time frames and even trying to wrap up the final billing/insurance process was an issue where we were told they couldn’t get ahold of our insurance company and our insurance company said they didn’t receive any communications). We spoke with one of the owners or VPs of the company and they said every issue we experienced was because they changed systems and despite our numerous complaints and requests for information, nothing improved. Communication was not our only issue however. Our property was also treated like a dumping ground and despite there being tarps down for the workers to complete the work, we are still finding garbage (nails, screws, washers, etc) on our property more than 2 months later. We also have concerns with the way the costs ended up being that we were under quoted by the company for the cost of the work which led to additional costs being incurred during the project. While some of these things might be more of our preferences vs the way the company decided to communicate, they did admit that the communication we received throughout the project was not up to their standard. It was incredibly disappointing to have experienced these types of issues over and over again and trying to advo

  An employee with this company had road rage with me and flipped me off. I'm not an aggressive driver. Everyone in front of me came to a halt the same time he wanted to all of a sudden cut in. Im sorry you waited until the last second to move over lanes, it's not my fault everyone stopped in front of me. I wasnt preventing you from coming over. Aggressive drive probably not someone to recommend working with.

  These guys are the BEST! This review is a long time coming, but we had some siding repaired and they were fast and did a great job. But what really impressed us was the great lengths they took to take care of us after a payment snafu. The team worked together with us to fix the payment issue, and it was no easy fix. I would trust them again in a heartbeat!

  I had a wonderful experience with Kyle and Stone Creek Roofing. He was very responsive, dependable, and followed through on all of his promises. The crew was very good and professional as well. I would highly recommend this company and will use them if I have any exterior needs in the future.

  Stone Creed did a fantastic job on the roof. Paul was very easy to work with, and has been on top of everything. The crew was great. Flashing and small work was done very well, they did not shy away from replacing any sheathing that needed it, and they even caulked in the right places. Very organized, efficient, no surprises,, a very good cleanup! well done! Thanks

  StoneCreek got the job done - quickly, under budget, efficiently and with courtesy and respect. While other neighbors have been waiting and waiting for their roof repairs to happen from other contractors, Paul A. at Stone Creek Roofing kept our project moving along, was highly communicative regarding any supply chain issues and basically, I didn't have to worry about the job getting done. The crew was professional and hard working. We also appreciate their dedication to ensuring that no debris from the roof replacement was left behind, including nails, etc. Highly recommended.
