  Working with Ripcord Roofing and owner Brett was reassuring. Highly recommend. He got our roof fixed correctly. He also made sure we were able to accommodate the dogs during the process. The crews picked up and were tidy. I looked for a roofer for over 4 years glad to stumble across Ripcord Roofing. I got the Class IV Corning in Teak color and it looks absolutely stunning. Hope to have Ripcord Roofing back out soon for Windows!

  Absolutely great service for more than just roofs. We have had Ripcord put on 2 roofs, remove solar panels, fix fencing, replace windows, install solar screens, repair siding, and repair brick masonry! I wouldn't use anyone else!

  Greatly appreciated all the options provided for how we can repair damage to our vents and improve circulation in our attic. Drone pictures helped make our decision easy! Brett was very easy to work with, answered all of our questions, and made it a great experience. Would definelty recommend!

  Update March 2026: RipCord Roofing and owner Bret Fagan were nothing short of fantastic in restoring our property from the the hail damage last Spring. The attention to detail, craftsmanship, and follow-up were simply outstanding. Bret's team gave us the full-service treatment, and completely eased any concerns for the project. RipCord Roofing is our Roofer! Bret, Thank for your service to our country and our property! Original Post April 2025: Our roof suffered wind damage recently.   I couldn’t be more impressed with RipCord Roofing and the owner, Brett Fagan. Brett went above and beyond helping me navigate all the damage to my home — roof, fence, everything. He walked me through the insurance process, dealt with adjusters, and made sure I understood every step. That alone put him miles ahead of any contractor I’ve ever worked with. As for the actual work: top‑notch. The crew was on time, professional, friendly, and kept the job site cleaner than I ever expected. The project started and finished exactly when they said it would, with zero surprises. From the initial assessment through final completion, the communication was outstanding — better than any contractor I’ve dealt with. If you’re looking for honesty, quality workmanship, and someone who genuinely cares about doing things the right way, I can't recommend RipCord Roofing enough.

  Ripcord Roofing exceeded my expectations in both quality and service. Brett was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. On the day of the roof replacement, his team arrived on time and they were respectful of my property and cleaned as they worked. They even covered the flower beds to ensure there was no damage. I highly recommend this company for any roofing needs.
