  I never leave negative reviews, but felt it was needed in this case. I’ve spoken with multiple people from this company over the span of 2 and a half weeks, and on 4 separate occasions was told I’d get a call back or someone would come check out a leak. Now after the fourth time I was ghosted (someone was supposed to come today and never arrived), I decided to leave this review. If you want a company with decent service that respects customers, look elsewhere.

  Rike Roofing has replaced 6 roofs on our apartment complex in the last 5 years. They have completed major repairs on 2 other buildings. I can not say enough good things about their work. I called about a major leak today at 9:30 and it was repaired 3 hours later. The best of the best!

  Friendly. I did not use their services, but I've heard they are great. Maybe a bit pricey, but worth it.

  We use Rike Roofing for many of our commercial buildings. They are reliable and responsive and its a relationship we greatly value.

  Great place was looking forward to the job but drove hour and half and 36 years experience but I don't think they hire older people

  Sir, thank you for your message. We informed you that Rike Roofing would be interviewing two other candidates and the hiring process would take time. Regarding age, we have two gentlemen in their 80s and 8+ employees over 50. Age has never been an issue as we acknowledge with age comes priceless knowledge and wisdom.   I have worked closely with Rike Roofing for several years. I am a Commercial Property Management and it is imperative that I have a vendor who is responsive, professional, and gets the job done. I would highly recommend them Rike Roofer.

  The owner of the company, a man by the name of Allen, actually came to my house and performed the work himself. He was totally professional and couldn't have been any nicer. I would highly recommend him and his company for any roofing needs.
