They replaced my entire roof last week. Even though it was hot, they didn’t cut corners. Great workmanship and attention to detail. And great follow-up after the job. If my previous roof replacement had been done as well as this one was, I wouldn’t have needed a new one yet. I highly recommend this company for quality and value. You will only be disappointed if you DON’T choose them.

I just had our entire cedar shake roof replaced and hired Advanced Roofing and Exteriors for the job. They jumped on the project quickly and got the best quality material. The crew was here every day and very professional and worked very hard. We've had other roofers in town do work before and it was like night and day. Josh Miller led the project and was very attentive throughout the entire process. I couldn't have asked for a better team and would recommend them all day long.

I reached out to several companies looking for a roof repair. Some didn’t show up and others didn’t seem to care or were out of my price range. Josh showed up, gave me a thorough analysis of my roof with a great game plan to get it fixed. After we agreed on a solution, he and his team were quick to arrive and went above and beyond from start to finish to ensure I was satisfied. I will never use another roofing company again! 10/10 recommend!

Joshua Miller with Advanced Roofing came highly recommended by respected builders I know. Joshua came out to look at the issue I was having with my gutters and brought his drone to get pictures. He presented me with a written quote itemizing what his crew would be doing. Once I approved it, he got the job scheduled and completed within the week. Joshua then followed up after the job was done and took more pictures. His quote was very reasonable and the work done was exemplary! Highly recommend calling Joshua!

We love hearing that Joshua came highly recommended by builders you trust — that's a real testament to the reputation he's built here in the Charlotte area. Joshua takes a very thorough approach with every job, whether it's a full roof replacement or gutter repairs like yours. Using the drone for photos, providing a detailed written quote, and following up after the work is complete — that's just how he operates, and we couldn't be prouder to have him on the Advanced Roofing and Exteriors team! We're so glad the gutter repair was completed quickly and that you were happy with the results. If you ever need roofing, gutter, or exterior work down the road, don't hesitate to reach out. I highly recommend Advanced Roofing and Exteriors. Rob Long has been terrific. I was introduced to Rob/Advanced Roofing and Exteriors by my realtor. We are new to the Lake Norman area, moving from out of state. Our roof had a leak after Florence, then another issue after Hurricane Michael. Rob went the extra mile to diagnosis the second issue and identified as a potential chimney cap leak. Diagnosing can be tricky and he left nothing up to chance. It could have done significant interior damage. Pricing was reasonable, but more importantly, service was delivered better than expected and very timely. An exceptional experience.

My house experienced hail damage earlier this year. I got a recommendation from a neighbor to reach out to Paul at Advanced Roofing and Exteriors. Probably the best recommendation I've ever pursued. This is the first time we’d had to deal with a natural disaster to our home, and Advanced was there from the beginning all the way to the end. Paul went out of his way to make this unfortunately situation more at ease. He took the time to walk me step-by-step on how to deal with the insurance company, mortgage company, adjuster, and what to expect overall as I went through this process. Not only that, but the Advanced team, who worked on my home, were professional and extremely efficient. They got there at 7 am (as Paul promised), and were done with the whole project in one day. Many of the houses in the neighborhood were damaged, and I've heard a ton of nightmares dealing with the other contractors. My family was fortunate Advanced Roofing and Exteriors worked on the house, because it looks better than when we purchased it. We got an upgrade to our roof, brand new siding, and new gutters and all because of the hard work Paul and the team put into it. I recommend Advanced Roofing and Exteriors to anyone who is looking for this kind of work in the Charlotte area.
