  Hi, Rocky. You were billed exactly what we agreed upon. There are two corners on your bill. You add work and expect the price not to go up? You change the work that was agreed upon, and always looking for something free. I responded quickly and professionally to every concern you brought up. When my employee left errors on your job, I was there correcting it personally thirty minutes after you let me know. When an employee peed on the ground near your window well, you were yelling and swearing at me on the phone. And I did say "I'm sorry about that. That's unbelievable he would do that. I'll talk to him, and we can get a porta potty out there." I'll have to send you a bill for the tear off and prep of the wall we haven't done if you're now canceling the stone. Simple accounting and a clear detailed bill seems to evade your logic. I billed you exactly what we agreed for the insulation. $1660.00 less the credit for what you already paid for the home wrap that we didn't use. Difference of $1338.00 as was stated in text when you authorized the change. I even lowered the price when the material came out to be less expensive than I estimated. The difference between the quote and the bill is exactly the work we agreed to add on, at exactly the price we agreed. This is a gross embellishment. Your balance is approximately $90.00, plus the removal of siding that was included in the price of the work that you're now canceling. I'll send you the bill.

  Hi, Dylan. My apologies for missing the appointment. There was a technical glitch where the online bookings weren't coming through to my email or my calendar. You're right that communication is the most important thing, and has been my weakest point. I'm trying very hard to place an emphasis on improving communication at all levels.

  I can’t comment on their roofing abilities however their email responses and professionalism aren't great. Was asked to get the material so he could come repair the roof, which I did. He was going to come the next day. I asked that morning on a time frame and got “ Hey, its going to be the evening. I realized i'm without my ladder. About 7:00 or 8:00 If you can leave the bundle i might be much earlier. Thanks“ A roofer without a ladder. Imagine that. They didn’t show up that night either. No email, no call to say why or that they are too busy. A day later I emailed and asked if they would be coming and didn’t get a reply until I saId don’t worry about coming I found someone else. When they did reply they said sorry they just can’t catch up but personally when I say I’m going to be somewhere I show up and If I really can’t I would at least call or email. I also made sure they had my number as I provided it via email.

  Dave and his crew have done other roofs in our neighbourhood. After watching their work it was a simple decision to have him work on our garage. Was efficient, quick and did a good job. I would recommend them to anyone.

  Had my roof done, just very recently. Dave was very professional about the whole thing. All unexpected things that arose, he would let me know & give me the opportunity to say yes or no. He would tell me why he had to change/fix things on the roof and the cost. It was refreshing to have someone keep you informed. Great job Dave! Thank you! Side note: He’s also a great dog retriever. My dogs got out a couple of times(they are escape artists) and Dave went and retrieved them.

  Dave responded quickly and completed the work in a courteous and professional manner. He even pruned the cedar to delay the problem from reoccurring. I recommend Dave and will definitely call him again if/when I need this type of work done.

  I am always nervous calling a contractor I haven't used before to work on my home but Dave with Right Side Roofing was amazing. He knew what he was doing and took the time to do a thorough fix, even though I called him in the middle of a downpour. He is quick to respond, his pricing is fair and he is very courteous. If you need work done on your roof, you should definitely give him a call!
