Cooper roofing quoted to perform a number of repairs. Less than 1/2 of the quoted work was done. Was invoiced for the full amount of the quote.

I recently had a frustrating experience with U-Haul at Cooper Roofing. I booked a moving vehicle in advance and drove two hours to pick it up, at 2:45 pm with confirmation of my reservation only to find the office closed. …

Hello Holly, we are sorry we weren’t able to help you out with you rental. Unfortunately, one of our staff had a family emergency. Efforts were made to find you alternate arrangements, but because it was the end of the day, no other options were available. Again, we apologize and hope you’ll consider our U-haul location for your future needs 🙂

When they are too lazy to park in a big open parking lot and walk an extra 60 feet to the timmies and instead block half the entrance and 5 parking spaces in an already crowded parking lot of the Stettler Tim Hortons with their truck and trailer sure doesn't say much for the type of people this company employs!

So happy with our roof and the job they did! Right from contracting for a quote last year to finally deciding to do it and getting the work done. Mark was amazing to deal with for the quote and paperwork and the crew was very conscientious while working around our dog run and with kids running around.

I can't say enough good things about Cooper Roofing! Mark and the crew were incredibly responsive and got my roof replaced in record time, which was a huge relief with winter approaching and the damage I had. What really stood out was that they genuinely cared about my situation and went out of their way to help me. The communication was excellent throughout the entire process; they were always available to answer my questions and kept me informed every step of the way. Highly recommend!"

From the very first phone call with Mark Hunter I knew we were going to be looked after. Mark dealt with our insurance claim for roof and siding damage from the July 1st storm a couple years ago! He answered all questions quickly, he helped me deal with the insurance company (which was a chore), he frequently called to check in as insurance took just about a full 2 years to settle. We were so confident that Cooper was the company to look after our insurance repair that we also entrusted the rest of our heritage home to their care and replaced all the original wood siding with new siding. The initial inspection was done by Kevin who was extremely friendly and listened to our concerns! The roofing guys were quick and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Jake was booked to do the siding work and I can’t say enough good things about him! He was truly amazing! He came out to meet with us before he started the job to hear our thoughts, concerns and dreams about how we wanted our house treated! Thank you so much for your care and attention to details throughout this whole process (over 2 years).

Coopers Roofing reroofed our home a few days ago. The team at Coopers made this experience very easy for us and all was done as promised and in a very quick timeline. The reroofing was completed in one day . Clean up was done extremely well and the yard was probably cleaner after the crew left than before. I definitely recommend them and if I needed a new roof again in the future I would use them.
