I hired these guys to fix a leak in my roof over a year ago. They came out and fixed it..5 times. The last time they came it was still pouring rain down my chimney inside the carport. They said it was caused from bubbles in the tar! So they busted the bubbles! Still leaking! I have been trying to get in touch with them ever since. No one would call me back! Finally got one guy to answer the phone a couple months ago. He quit and moved out of state! Horrible service! I paid them $850.00 to fix a leak around my chimney......

Got the job done but ended up charging way more than they said they would. I don’t know if they decided to switch up their prices because they were dealing with us directly instead of with an insurance company, but make sure to use an …

Mr. and Mrs. Castillo, We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to clarify the situation. When we began your roof replacement, we discovered 26 sheets of rotted decking that had to be replaced to ensure the job was done safely and correctly. As our crew explained onsite, the first two sheets were included, and any additional decking would incur an added cost—which is standard in the roofing industry and outlined in our agreement. We understand that unexpected expenses are frustrating, but we strive to be transparent with every customer, whether “retail” or working with insurance. We never adjust our pricing based on who is paying—we simply charge for the actual work needed to do the job right. We’re glad the work was completed properly and would be happy to discuss anything further with you directly. Thank you again for your business.

I’m 100%certain they bought their reviews cus there’s NO WAY they’re real. We hired them after a tree fell on our roof. We wanted a full beam replacement and new shingles. The contract BOTH PARTIES signed stated that we’d get just that. …

For my tiny house they told me it would cost me $8000.00 to $10,000 to cover it with just regular shingles! They did help me get insurance to pay but the company I went with roofed my garage, gave me architectural shingles, and flashing everywhere! ! So no, didn’t use this business.

I had asked for recommendations for roof replacement and Terry Lowe from Right Hand Roofing messaged me (as well as dozens of other roofers) and offered to give me a free roof inspection and invited me to observe some roof replacements that his company was doing in my area to witness for myself how his company works. Something about Terry’s approach really sealed the deal for me. The confidence in his company, his professionalism, his low pressure salesmanship, and his willingness to go above and beyond, were unmatched!! I even let them replace my gutters. (If you know me, you know how frugal I am so this is a big deal. 😂😂) I didn’t need gutters but I felt so confident and comfortable with Terry and Right Hand Roofing I thought now would be a good time. (I need to mention that he did not try to sell me gutters but when I asked about gutter replacement he said they could take care of that too!) Oh and I forgot to mention that the price and warranties were also unmatched! Right Hand Roofing you have an exceptional employee that is a great “Face” for your company. I hope that you will keep this company in mind if you are ever in need of roof or gutter replacement. See before and after photos.

While doing a Google search, Right Hand Roofing was the first roofing company I came across (and all the five-star reviews caught my attention too!). I reached out online about a roof leak, and Ryan Heath responded in less than 12 hours. He …

Right Hand Roofing has been amazing to work with. Michael has went above and beyond to help us. He’s been available anytime we’ve needed to reach him and come out to our home several times to meet with us and the insurance company. I’d recommend his company to anyone that needs roofing or gutter repair or replacement.
