  We had a full roofing project done for our home after comparing several contractors and hearing mixed results from some of the bigger companies. I spent a lot of time researching and chose this roofer because the pricing and workmanship seemed like the best fit. At first I was a little unsure and wanted to see how the roof would hold up over time, but it has performed like new. Through heavy rain, strong sun, and hot weather, the roof has done an excellent job protecting and insulating the house. No leaks, no loose shingles, no sagging areas, and no issues with flashing or ventilation. The materials still look great, and everything from the shingles to the ridge caps and gutters has held up very well. The roof installation was handled with real care, and the crew paid attention to all the small details I pointed out. The cleanup was solid, the workmanship was neat, and the finished roof looks sharp. I would absolutely use this roofing company again.

  after dealing with several strong storms and hearing from insurance that they only wanted to patch the roof each time, we decided it was time for a full roofing upgrade. after many hours of research, we chose a metal roof and moved forward with a roofer who could handle the replacement the right way. the research really paid off. theodore, the project manager, was excellent and kept us informed through every step of the roofing process. he was easy to reach, answered our questions, and made sure the job stayed on track. the metal roofing crew worked carefully and paid close attention to the details, from tear-off to installation and cleanup. our new roof looks amazing, and you can tell the workmanship is solid. after several long days of heavy rain and wind, we have had no leaks at all and everything is holding up great. i really appreciate the quality work, clear communication, and professional service. if you are thinking about upgrading your home with a metal roof, i highly recommend this roofing team for the job.

  I’ve used Hayes Family Roofing twice now, and both times were very smooth and pleasant. Jorge was professional, easy to work with, and clearly knew roofing repair work well. The whole process was straightforward from start to finish. There was no runaround, no stress, and no wasted time—just honest service, solid roof leak diagnosis, and quality repair work.   After the storm, we needed shingle and plywood replacement on our roof. Hayes Family Roofing responded quickly, and Theodore inspected the damage, explained the repair plan clearly, and provided a detailed estimate that covered the full scope of work, the roofing material brands to be used, and a realistic timeline.   After comparing several highly rated roofing contractors, this was the only crew I felt confident hiring. Strong storms and heavy rain had caused a roof leak that led to damage on our upstairs textured ceilings. What really stood out was that they could handle the full roofing repair and the interior ceiling work at the same time, including matching the detailed texture finish. I also liked that I did not have to bring in separate contractors for different parts of the job. The roofing team managed everything smoothly, from fixing the leak and restoring the damaged area to making sure the finished work looked clean and consistent.   Great experience with Roger and the roofing crew. With one call, they got started right away. They gave us a clear quote, set the schedule fast, and finished the new gutter system for our new build in a short time. We really like how the gutters look and how well they fit the roofline and overall drainage plan. Roger was very helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. He took time to listen to our ideas, answer questions, and give solid advice on the best gutter and roofing details to match the finished look we wanted.
