  Hired this company to replace soffit and fascia on my home and workers left construction debris all the the property left a section completely not replaced just tore it off. After many calls and emails to owner Josh Reeves two weeks later get a response they came back out to repair the one section. They painted over rotten wood that was supposed to be replaced to make it look good. Then several months later having hvac installed they inform me there is daylight coming into my attic!!! Yes daylight from facia board that connects to the roof completely rotten. Called again after many attempts once again their supervisor comes and inspects it and stated there was several pieces not done correctly. Two more weeks go by to be told that the work was done correctly. No final invoice sent to me sent illegal workers to my house spoke very little English. I wouldn’t recommend this company what so ever to anyone has been a nightmare I wouldn’t even suggest them to replace a roof let alone facia or soffit on a dog house.

  We returned immediately upon finding out that the customer was not completely satisfied with our work, and sent the customer (who lived in Florida at the time) pictures showing how we corrected the perceived shortfalls. Six months later, he comes home and makes contact with us late evening on a weekend innebriated and cursing. We did our best to make this difficult customer happy

  Mr Barrera has a very complicated, flat roof that required a special application. Because we take our warranties so seriously, and because It was necessary for us to contact our water mitigation specialist to review the roof with us, it took about 1 week to provide the estimate the client requested. His roof was not a straightforward shingle roof, and we explained these aspects to him clearly

  Had them come out to give me an estimate on a roof leak. Very nice guy, but said he didn't need to even get on the roof to give me an estimate to repair it. Quoted me $2100. Three hours later, another company fixed my roof for $175. Do NOT use these guys - that is just unacceptable to not even inspect the problem before quoting.

  Jon, there was obviously a misunderstanding between you and our Project Advisor about the need to physically climb your roof as part of our repair proposal process. Although he followed protocol by quoting based on his view from the ground - and his inspection of your attic - due to the location of your leak and dampness of the roof surface during morning hours, he could have explained this approach to you more carefully. We didn't realize you had any concern or question about our methods until you posted this review. The repair you later authorized with another vendor was (based on its price) not equivalent to the long-term, high-quality repair solutions we offer, and which trend above $200 or $300 on average. With that said, each repair is completely unique and we did our best to offer you a quality solution at a fair price.

  From the design and product selection through the construction stages, Matt, George and Marco and his crew did an exceptional Job. Marco and his crew took exceptional pride in their work and built us a deck beyond expectations. Every step of the demo through the construction of the new deck was very thought out and performed with precision. These guys worked diligently and and carefully and you can see that they were very passionate about their work. This is a 5 star rating but a 10 star result

  Georgia Roof + Exteriors added a 350 sq/ft screened in porch that is elevated 12' above ground. Good people. Quality work. Good pricing. Connected to the Roswell community. Give them a jingle

  I highly recommend Georgia Roof + Exteriors. The owners seem to really care and they do quality work! Give them a call for all your outdoor projects. I was surprised they do so much more than just roofs, they can build or renovate just about anything!

  This is my second year getting Georgia Roof to install exterior Christmas lights. Last year scheduling, install, and uninstall/pickup was a breeze. We had a string go out and they were quick to get us back up and running. This year schedule/install/invoice/payment was equally easy. The entire staff is very responsive, professional and easy to work with. The installation team this year was on time and above expectations completing the job. See you at uninstall AND next year!
