I hired RIG to repair my roof and a leak from hurricane damage. 18 months and 10k later the problem still persists. Now they want more money to fix an issue they wont warranty, claiming its a new issue. Even after speaking with the owner to asks why we are replacing metal roof that did not leak during the water test. He claimed because the test was inconclusive, this was the only way they could warranty their work. (Charging me $6000 more than the original estimate I was provided) The leaks have persisted in the same exact spot from the first time they came out to conduct one of several water tests. I can not recommend this company. Im not sure how many of the 5 star review are real. Ive noticed names of employees ive had work on my home posting wonderful reviews for this company.

Absolutely horrible so far and they haven’t even done our roof yet! They show up unannounced continuously and zero communication. They don’t even come to the door to let us know they’re here or on the roof. We’ve paid in full and have waited approximately two months. This has been a nightmare so far. They recently dropped a trailer off to “start next week” after stating they wouldn’t be here until tomorrow morning and it’s parked so close to my vehicle I cannot get into the drive side. Editing to add the nightmare this has continued to be: If I could leave less than one star I would. This individual, Cory Bowen- the production manager. came to look at an issue we’ve had since 2025 when our roof was replaced. The company agreed to repair a certain part of our ceiling through another contractor THAT THEY SELECTED. Apparently he was not well vetted thoroughly because within months the ceiling start falling again. So Cory came to my residence to look at said job and was absolutely the most unprofessional, rude, arrogant individual I’ve heard. Not only did he verbally disrespect my husband, my children heard all of it. This is not the first issue we’ve had with this company, even before the roof was started. Please steer clear and spend your money elsewhere. And for a “faith-based” company to have someone like this work for them and speaking the way he did to my husband, loud enough for my young children to hear, is absolutely not acceptable.

Not a good experience. Overpriced and workers with bad manners. 8 thousand dollar for a Florida Room roof then it leaked after the job. Had to come out 3 times to fix, still not right. The supervisor comes and take a look, and told me I need to put caulking on my ceiling which never needed caulking. That cause they still didn't install the overlay correctly. I stopped dealing with them cause they get mad as if it was my fault they didn't install correctly. I got screwed and won't refer them to anyone. My review is stay away from this company.

I hired RIG Roofing to replace two goose neck roof vent penetrations located next to each other on my metal perma tile roof. Once they began the repair, I was told that two 30-foot sections of roof panel would need to be replaced and that the materials would be very expensive. This immediately concerned me because I had repairs completed on these same penetrations a few years ago by another roofing contractor without needing any panel replacement, and those repairs held up with no issues. At that point, I provided RIG Roofing with leftover flashing from the original roof installation in hopes that it could help avoid unnecessary panel replacement costs. Unfortunately, the flashing was never used during the repair process, and it was later missing after their crew left the property. With rainy season approaching, I needed the repairs completed quickly. However, when I inspected the finished work myself, I was shocked by what I found. The repair appeared to consist of substandard door/window caulking around the roof vents along with duct tape. It did not look professionally done and gave me serious concerns about potential long-term roof issues. I contacted the company immediately and requested that the repairs be corrected properly. Although they agreed to address the issue, it took approximately a month before another crew returned to complete the repairs. To their credit, the second crew completed the repairs satisfactorily. However, the overall experience was disappointing and stressful. Had I not personally gotten on the roof to inspect the work, I would never have known the original repair was not completed professionally, potentially leading to future problems. Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend this company. As a company that presents itself as being rooted in Christian values, I was honestly surprised and disappointed by the way this situation was handled from start to finish.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I want to sincerely apologize for the frustration and concern this situation caused you. What you described—especially your initial impression of the repair—is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and I understand why that would be both disappointing and concerning. You did the right thing by bringing it to our attention, and I appreciate your patience in allowing us the opportunity to return and make the necessary corrections. While I’m grateful that the second repair met expectations, I also recognize that the delay and the need for a return visit created unnecessary stress, particularly with the rainy season approaching. That’s not the experience we want for any of our customers. Regarding the materials and approach, there are times in metal roofing where underlying conditions can require more extensive repairs than what may have been done previously. However, we clearly did not do a good enough job explaining that to you upfront, nor did we meet expectations in how the initial repair was executed. That falls on us. I also want to address your comment about our Christian values. We take that seriously. For us, that means striving to operate with honesty, accountability, and humility—even when we fall short. Scripture calls us to “walk in a manner worthy… with all humility and gentleness, with patience” (Ephesians 4:1–2), and in this case, we acknowledge that we did not reflect that as well as we should have at the outset. I’m grateful we were able to ultimately make the repair right, but we also understand that how the situation started matters just as much as how it finished. Additionally, please know that all of our repairs are backed by a one-year workmanship warranty. Should any issues arise related to this repair within that time, we will stand behind our work and address it accordingly. Your feedback is not taken lightly. It helps us identify areas where we need to improve in communication, work

My husband contacted RIG roofing at the end ofJune for a leak over my mom's stove. We met Ryan S. who went on the roof & said we needed to replace a part of her roof that was never updated when she originally purchased the property. However, she has 30 solar panels on her roof & when he did his initial inspection, he never checked her attic for any water damage. July was a very rainy month. So she signed a contract to fix the leak over her stove. No repairs could be done until the following month. While waiting, my husband & I put a tarp over where we thought the leak was, but it kept leaking. Then I noticed another area in her kitchen ceiling closer to her garage that looked like a large wet stain. I went into the attic myself & saw a few different places that look like water damaged & I saw visible dripping. I panicked & called my mom's insurance to file a claim because she was already contracted at $14k which didn't include repairing the new leak. RIG told me this would delay her repair, but I am glad I did it, because we found a third leak on the opposite side of the house! Not only that, we kept getting calls (more than once) from the office saying they were ready to start our project on this day, but I don't think the different depts talk to each other, because our project was stalled until the claim was approved/denied. Anyway, we finally got news the claim was denied & decided we would go through the financing RIG offered through Wells Fargo. Ready for the repair,Ryan calculated our payments to be around $160/mo., which I told Ryan we could afford (mom-elderly, fix income, my husband is disabled, I can only work weekends, caregiver, we have an autistic son). Mom filled out the application & she was approved. We finally got her roof repaired 9/18 for just under $21k. That same day, my husband was in the hospital & we find out he needs a heart transplant. I am just trying to keep my head above water from that day on until my mom gets her first statement for he

I cannot say enough great things about Aaron Chandler and RIG Roofing! Aaron's communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. He was responsive at all hours of the day and understood how important our timeline was. We needed a complete reroof finished in time to satisfy insurance requirements, bind coverage, and keep our real estate closing on schedule with no delays. RIG Roofing delivered! The entire reroof was completed in just one day, and I was extremely impressed with the quality, efficiency, and professionalism of the crew. Even the neighbors commented on how amazed they were with the process and quality of the work. What impressed me just as much was the attention to detail. The landscaping and exterior of the home were kept in meticulous condition throughout the project, everything was cleaned up beautifully, and they even left spare shingles for the homeowners should they ever need them in the future. As a Realtor, having trusted local professionals who understand that deadlines matter can make all the difference in getting clients successfully to the closing table. Aaron and RIG Roofing absolutely came through for us. I would confidently recommend them to my clients, friends, and neighbors. Five stars all around!

I recently purchased a mobile home with a 4 year old metal roof that began to leak. I thought to myself this will be a long shot that RIG Roofing will do anything for me, so I made the call to RIG and they said we can have someone out tomorrow to look at it. My first point of contact was Ty, very nice young man. Ty got on the roof and discovered the problem. He said he would back to me tomorrow. Ty’s boss Cory came out to get a better look and said it would be covered under warranty but it would be a few days before they could get to it. We had a downpour and water was leaking through the ceiling. Ty came out after hours to tarp my place. Cory had his crew repair the problem and while they had the roof apart, they installed 3 vent for me at no charge. I would highly recommend this company especially Cory and Ty going over and above to make sure it was taken care of. I see a few negative reviews here but that has not been my experience.
