Very Disappointed with Copeland Roofing I had a very frustrating experience with Copeland Roofing. From the start, it felt like I was being pushed into a legal process rather than a home improvement project. I’m not hiring a lawyer to get a roof! This is supposed to be a straightforward service, not a legal battle. It felt more like dealing with a corporate legal team than a local roofing company. I expected a fair estimate and a transparent process, not red tape and legal pressure. I ultimately chose not to move forward and found a company that treated me with respect and kept things simple. I can’t recommend Copeland Roofing based on my experience — way too complicated and not customer-friendly.

This company did a horrible job replacing my parents roof. They put a metal roof but with the wrong bolts!! You’d think they’d know what they’re doing? It made water come through my ceiling. They didn’t seem to care and on top of this they treat their workers like crap too. Do better.

Please feel free to call as we have no idea what you’re talking about along with the accusation of treating our employees like crap. Furthermore we have no record the claim of installing a metal roof with the “wrong bolts”. 863-585-0363 Owner

I had a great experience with Justin at Copeland’s Construction. He took the time to come out and conduct an in-depth evaluation of my roof and the leak inside my home. He thoroughly checked all possible areas to determine what was actually causing the problem, clearly explained the issues to me, and provided specific recommendations for how the problems could be properly fixed. Justin’s due diligence was outstanding, and I felt very comfortable working with him and the team at Copeland’s Construction. I truly appreciate the time and professionalism he demonstrated throughout the process. I would highly recommend Copeland’s Construction to anyone in need of honest, thorough professional roofing and all of their services.

I had a really great experience with Copelands Construction. Out of all the companies I contacted, they were one of the only ones that actually took the time to come out and do an in-depth evaluation of my roof rather than just giving me a …

I can’t say enough good things about Copeland’s Construction! Even though we had a mishap with water intrusion from a heavy rain spontaneously , their response was absolutely incredible. They took full responsibility, were so attentive, and acted quickly to fix everything. From sending a team out within 20 minutes to ensuring my AC was covered under warranty, they turned a bad situation into a truly stress-free experience. I would hire them again in a heartbeat—professional, reliable, and truly top-notch!

Copeland was great from start to finish. Adam, the salesman was polite, respectful, very knowledgeable and got us a great price on removing a window and installing a door to our pool patio. Edward who came to do the work, again, super professional, friendly and did an outstanding job. The finish stucco work, again, top knotch. I can’t recommend them enough!! Great company.

I dealt with Adam, he was very easy going and transparent in the whole process. Answered every time I called and even called me to give updates when we were weeks away from starting the job. Very impressed, wouldn’t hesitate to call them again in the future.
