I recently contacted this company for a kitchen and bathroom remodel in my home. Along the way, several issues arose with a representative. I immediately contacted the company, and they put me in touch with the General Manager, who diligently and promptly took charge of the situation. All issues were completely resolved, leaving my family 100% satisfied with the service provided. I have the utmost respect for this company and highly recommend them. Thank you, Elements Home Solutions Inc., for making my wishes come true. Update: The cabinets this company installed in my home began to detach on the back 10 months after installation. Several attempts were made to contact the company, specifically the same "General Manager," who is also the Vice President. He stalled for a week, ignoring my complaints. Ms. Vivianette, listed as the company's CEO and the VP's wife, was also contacted and promised to get in touch and resolve the situation, but SHE DID NOTHING. I had to hire someone else and pay even more money to fix the problem after ELEMENTS Home Solution had already taken my insurance money. NO, I do not recommend this family-run company; all they do is make excuses once they've got their money.

I wanted to take time to share my experiences with this company. From the first day I called them. A young lady answered the phone. Her name was Paolo. From this day forward, it was the best experience I had for the replacement of my roof in Solivita,. One of the gentlemen I like to give a shout out to. It’s Pablo Hernandez, who really represented this company quite well. If anybody out there is looking for a recommendation. Do not go any further ELEMENTS is the way to go. Besides the price being right the product being at its best. The workmanship is with them very satisfied with. I was not home for the rip off in the install. Pablo kept calling me with updates. Send me pictures. I was very satisfied. And just to let you know there was no surprises what they said they were going to do it was done.. If I give them more than five stars I would. Thank you, Tony G.
