  I made appointment for quote, never showed, I texted, called both salesman and office, completely ignored. Not professional way to run a business!

  Breanna and Joe were exceptional from our very first conversation through the completion of the project. They communicated promptly and professionally by text, email, and phone, keeping me informed every step of the way. They were able to complete my roof before a major storm rolled through, which gave me tremendous peace of mind. Because I don’t live in town, they went above and beyond by sending me before-and-after photos and providing regular updates throughout the entire process. Their kindness, honesty, and trustworthiness truly stood out. The entire team did an outstanding job, completing the work efficiently without sacrificing quality. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and would highly recommend Breanna, Joe, and their company to anyone looking for reliable, skilled professionals.

  Very happy working with Rick’s Roofing on a new roof for our house in the Heights. Michael was very easy to communicate with and helped us think through several different options. Scheduling, delivery of materials, and QC check at the end was all very smooth.

  These guys and gals are AMAZING!!! Michael is the gentleman assigned to me. He is beyond friendly and professional. I dreaded trying to get through the process of getting my roof replaced after Beryl and he said, "Don't worry, I got you.". True to his word, he has taken care of everything. I highly suggest these guys if you want the headache taken way.
