  I started the process working with Golden Ridge last year in June. The entire experience was an absolute nightmare. My point of contact was Eric. My insurance company initially denied my request because the damages were less than my deductible. Eric told me that this is what my particular insurance company did and that he would fight to get my roof repaired. From August of last year until around October of last year, my insurance company continued to send me requests for more pictures of my roof. Inhadnt even received any pictures at this point either. I relayed all of the messages to Eric. He assured me that all of the informaton had been sent to the insurance comany. Fast foward to this year around February. My HOA threatened to sue me because my roof had still not been repaired. I contacted Eric and asked for him to send me all of the correspondence between his company and my insurance company, so that I could send it to my HOA. He said he would gladly send the paperwork. I believed him. I NEVER received any paperwork. I was able to get an extension on getting the roof repaired through my HOA. Throughout the Summer l would contact him about the repairs. ERIC would assure that he was still working with my insurance company. Meanwhile I checked my online account for the insurance company and they considered the claim closed. When Beryl hit my roof suffered more damage. As a result of this storm my roof began to leak. I also had water running down my walls when it would rain. In July I asked Eric about getting a tarp for my roof. He told me that he would schedule me for a tarp in July. August came and I still did not have a tarp. It is now September and still no tarp. I called Eric to tell him about all of the water running down the walls, and he tells me that he is with another customer. I asked for the tarp to be installed again. Finally the tarp was installed in September. This is after waiting almost two months for a tarp. Eric finally called me back an

We take quality control very seriously and therefore have investigated your experience further. According to our records we have worked your insurance process diligently. At no extra cost we upgraded your roof to a class four hail impact Owens Conning Duration Storm shingle. Effectively this upgrade has given you a $800 discount on your yearly insurance premium. This was confirmed in front of our team when you called your insurance agent to confirm. As well your agent assured you that you are responsible to pay your deductible. Your roof was completed, you were satisfied and it was time for payment that you were refusing to pay. When a customer refuses to make payment we have to make notice of our companies subsequently legal procedures. In no means is that a threat nevertheless a notice. Please contact us directly so we can make arrangements.

  I had a great experience with Golden Ridge. Alex was mi contractor He helped me through the whole process and got my roof approved. Everything was handled professionally and the communication was excellent. I highly recommend them if you need help with your roof or insurance claim.

  Golden Ridge Roofing repaired our garage roof after weather damage, and they did an excellent job. They communicated clearly from the estimate through completion, which made the whole process easy. The cleanup was also impressive—no debris or nails left behind, which is especially important with kids running around barefoot. Carla De La O Velasco was our salesperson, and she was fantastic. She kept us updated the whole time and even checked in after the job was done.
