Fusion Restoration Services and our contact Chris Coker did an exceptional job on our residence. This company is run and operated by real professionals. We highly recommend Fusion to everyone needing roof work. From interfacing with our insurance provider, securing the permits, gathering the material and most important securing a world class crew of experienced workers they were awesome.

Very professional and great communications. When the metal detectors came out to find any missing nails, you can rest assured the rest of the job was well done.

I fully recommend using Fusion for your roof replacement. Chris and his team at Fusion Restoration were Top Notch from the initial inspection, pricing, installation, speed, professionalism, clean up and follow up. Thanks to Fusion for a job well done.

This review is from my mother and father in law since they don’t have a google account. “John and I are so proud of our new roof and thank you for helping us choose the right color of shingles. Already neighbors have commented on how nice it looks with our red brick. Your crew was amazing and efficient. They were prompt in coming, worked very hard and steady the entire day and did a great job in the cleanup during and after the job was finished. We thank you Chris for helping us with USAA on getting a new roof and always being available when we had several questions about the process. You are the best and I would highly recommend your company for your future clients. -John & Danna Husband” Now a year later my husband and I needed a new roof for my childhood home and Chris was amazing. He helped us with everything and went above and beyond. The work was fast and efficient and they did great on keeping all the trash together. Highly recommend this company!

Warren and the Fusion Restorations team are hands down one of the best contractors I've worked with. After years of dealing with door-knockers pushing unnecessary roof replacements, Warren was the first person who felt genuinely trustworthy. He guided me through the entire process, explaining everything and stayed transparent keeping everything in my control the whole way through. His crew was professional, well-coordinated, and did excellent work. Warren worked hard to properly provide requested documents, explain the processes involved and help me understand the construction process the whole way through. Easy to work with from start to finish. Highly recommend.

As all of you know, dealing with your homeowner insurance company can be a chore. Chris with fusion made the process extremely easy. Fusions attention to detail was top notch. The removal and installation of my entire roof was done. Perfectly, on time and the entire crew was professional, polite.

Finally!!! This is not a fly-by-night , wham bam thank you ma’am company. The team sent to my house to repair a previous contractors FUBAR roof installation from 2019 was amazing. I was amazed at the detail in workmanship the master roofer used to seal around the chimney. We are planning all our remodels now with FUSION taking point.

Chris came out exactly when I needed him to to assist with a roof inspection prior to buying a new house. He provided me with everything that was needed prior to closing, and ensure me everything was the way it was supposed to be. Chris provides the highest level of service you can ask for. Chris is my go to contractor.

We had a fantastic experience with the Fusion team from start to finish. Chris guided us through the entire process, from the initial estimate to the final installation; his expertise is evident and he made sure we understood every step. What really impressed us was the accountability—the owner personally followed up after the job to ensure we were satisfied and even asked for honest feedback on how they could improve. It’s rare to find that level of customer service. Highly recommend!
